Bobby Mills was amazing working with us. We showed up with a flat tire and a tire warranty from a Chicago dealership and no information on it and he managed to locate the warranty and apply it to the tire and communicated with us every step of the way. Also, a funny guy and very helpful. The dealership has a very nice and easy service area, simple enough to pull up to and you get helped rather quickly. They have an awesome coffee bar that baristas make your coffee (no charge!). We played ping pong and drank our coffee as we waited.
