Drove in for minor repair on a Thursday but they were 24-48 hrs behind schedule and could not do the diagnosis until Monday morning. But they were able deliver the fully repaired car by Monday afternoon. The availability of the loaner car over this period was a great boon for me meanwhile. The service was great.

Got an oil change yesterday and I was in and out in about hour and a half. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Bradley O'Conner was my service advisor and did a wonderful job. He made the process feel seamless and provided great care!

Beware Financing dept add-ons! They snuck in a $3K Alpha Warranty without asking me if I wanted it or giving me any info about it. Day after I signed the financing contract I noticed the additional charge I didn’t agree to. The Finance Manager who put together the paperwork apologized and said he would definitely get that charge removed within two months. It’s been four months now and I’m still paying interest on their mistake. I see other similar complaints about this dealership on other sites also. I recommend avoiding them to be safe.

The lot was very clean and had a fabulous snack bar. Our salesperson was very nice and attentive. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and helpful. It took a long time but overall I was happy witht he purchase.

Again, the excellence of the service is getting even more impressive. Beside the already mentioned outstanding professionalism, knowledge, perfect quality service each time, friendliness, extra care, now the new scanning system at check-in is impressively welcoming with the advisor (Chad) and assistant (Brad, Grant) taking notes of any question I had about car. Chad (lead advisor) again showed the super-extra mile in everything as mentioned in my previous reviews. Moreover, the nation wide recall from the factory on the fuel pump propeller was amazingly organized, fast, prompt, of course free of charge. Also complimentarily the staff washed and detailed my car w/o even telling (I was very surprised when I got into the car after the service). The complimentary snacks and drinks, specially Starbuck style lounge is outstanding also! In my past experience of a repair for a chip malfunctioning (a factory bug) the First Texas Honda specialists (Chad, Fred being main advisors) provided amazing service and update to me, while the high class loaner (hybrid new models, leather seats) offered an experience beyond belief. I totally recommend this place, it is the best service dealer in my US nationwide, Canada and international experience.

If you are looking for honest and knowledgeable, ask for Karl Lewis. We got to meet and work with Finance Manager Megan Volkerding - another stellar First Texas Honda team member. We sailed through the final buying process thanks to Megan. We moved to another town about 35 miles from Austin, but the trip into First Texas Honda is well worth it.

Good experience today at First Texas Honda. High marks for service advisor Leo Rodriguez. Bought my Element here new in 2007. FTH has kept it running smoothly. Kinda pricey, but excellent customer care.

Always provides Exceptional service! Knowledgeable staff from check in, service advisors and technicians. State of the art visual recordings of the vehicle during check in as well as a video of the multi-point inspection check. Clean, comfortable and welcoming waiting area with a fully staffed complimentary barista service. Usually about a 2 hour wait but it seems shorter. I service 2 different vehicles here and have had different advisors. Yesterday's visit was with Raymond, he was professional, courteous and kept me informed throughout the service. First Texas Honda is where I usually get my vehicle serviced and repaired and I have always had excellent service experience and great customer service. Ty greeted me in the service area and got all of the details and provided me with an estimated time to complete my service.

I’ve been coming for a few years now to First Texas for getting car maintenance, but this is probably the first time I’ve ever left a review. If you ever get the chance to have Leo as your service advisor, he will go above and beyond for you, and do the absolute most to make sure you’re taken care of and satisfied with the work being done. Everything from start to finish was seamless, the man is the GOAT!!

Raymond checked my car in and talked through the suggested services and costs for this maintenance service. He was friendly, clear, and thorough. I appreciated Matt’s video walkthrough of my vehicle, which increased my confidence in this service dept as well as educating me on my car. The actual wait time was longer than the time estimate I was given, but the comfortable waiting area made it easier to wait.

Loved it here, there is an after hours key drop so when my car broke down on a Sunday evening, the tow truck recommended this location and I am so glad he did! It's intimidating leaving your car somewhere strange and putting your key in an envelope in a slot in the wall, but FIRST thing the next morning I got a call from Michael Longoria following up for more details. He was very communicative and kind as my sales advisor. It's so awesome that the multipoint inspection includes a video, super helpful to actually SEE all the parts of my car that were broken. Feels like a very transparent and honestly priced place. AND they offer complimentary loaner vehicles while yours is getting service (if they have any available) so if you're making an appointment in advance make sure to reserve one!
