Didn't have the car we wanted in stock but had the privilege of talking to Dalton about our trade-in and he was able to earnestly size up value, hold an estimate, and furthermore we've been delightfully surprised to hear from him by text as he continues to check inventory for a potential match for us (he even remembered the exact trim and colors/features of the suv we're looking for)! Seems like a younger person but has the industry knowledge and dealmaking attention of a throwback. Good culture at this place adn great work, Dalton.

I will start with the good first. We got a good deal on the vehicle we purchased. They seem disorganized and it took awhile for anyone to approach us to help. It took over 3 hours to purchase the vehicle which was insanely long. Once we got the vehicle home we realized someone had spilled something on the inside because it was sticky. This isn’t the worst dealership but not the best either.

Extremely great experience working with Eddie and Megan!! After searching for a vehicle multiple places, First Texas Honda really helped walk us through the process and to get the best rate possible for us. The free coffee and snacks is a plus! 😊

That was a breeze ! We concluded the sale of my CR V in just under an hour ! They priced the vehicle very fairly and gave us the price very close to what we expected ! Dalton was our caretaker and all the staff was very courteous and friendly ! I would definitely go to FT Honda for my car needs!

This was my first time taking my car to a dealership, I had to get my skid plate fixed and take it in for a recall. I showed up as a walk-in and may have came a little late. They didn’t have to take me in but they did and I was told I was going to be given an uber and then they actually were able to get me a loaner vehicle. Out of the gate they gave me amazing service and hospitality. Especially with it being my first time I was treated with amazing service. My Advisor was Aidan Carlson and he was amazing help on any and all questions I had. While I waited for my vehicle to be fixed I had went to talk to the acquisition specialist Justin and he helped answer all my questions as well and helped me realize if I am wanting to trade in my vehicle or not how that would look like. Finally there was something else wrong with my vehicle and Aidan helped me with that as well. I was here this past weekend to hopefully find a new vehicle and Luke Bender in sales made that process extremely enjoyable amd easy! I’ve had my car for about a month now and still love it and so grateful for the wonderful experience I had at First Texas Honda! My previous car buying experiences were stressful and after an unsuccessful experience at a different dealership here in Austin I was worried, but that changed when I came to First Texas Honda! Pito Sosa was super helpful and answered all of our questions and got me into exactly the car I wanted! The car was priced very well for what I got too! We came to the dealership a little before they closed and decided to come back the next business day to finalize all the paperwork and the staff was super accommodating, which we really appreciated! The best part was that Pito made sure my car was protected from the inclement weather when we left it at the dealership. Highly recommend FTH and Pito! Thanks yall!

I had gone to another Honda dealership and had an awful experience so I had called around to 4 other Honda dealerships that same night and left voicemails of the quote that I got asking if they could beat it. Anthony Raglin was the only one who called me back first thing in the morning and asked to see my quote and then went to searching for what I wanted! Throughout the entire day from morning until I got off work he kept updating me on everything and even stayed late to show me the car. Anthony made everything super painless and I ended up purchasing the car that same evening- took me about 2 hours from meeting with him, test driving, meeting the accessories department and finance. Krissy King in the accessories department was really sweet and patiently explained everything to me and I enjoyed negotiating with her. Chris Ray in finance was also super enjoyable to talk to and explained to me all the additional coverages I could get and broke everything down well for me. Now the only thing I have an issue with is this charge I saw once I opened up the USB drive I got after purchasing- it says I paid $205 (plus tax) for the ceramic tint when nobody ever told me I was paying for that. Krissy explained to me that I couldn't pick the front 2 window's tint but I could pick whatever I wanted for the back as that was included- apparently it was included because I was paying for it. I have helped my friends and family (and bought one myself) brand new Toyotas and every single dealership tints for free so never did it occur to me that I would be nickled and dimed for basic window tint- don't love that. I also asked Chris to see a breakdown of the accessories and vehicle msrp printout the way that I have seen Toyota dealerships have and I kept being told that I would get it on a USB drive- also, asked Joseph An when I handed over my cashier's check for that same page so I can see it and was told it'll be on the USB drive. Overall almost perfect purchasing experience but wish there was more visibility and transparency into the costs as I only saw the paper showing the MSRP, tax etc once at the very beginning with Anthony and then never again. I paid for partial tinting here and would've rather taken that $205 + tax and gone to my go to guy and put that towards getting my entire car tinted. (Also, I have a couple bubbles in my front passenger window tint and it is driving me crazy so there is also that). —— Update to my review as of 6.8.26 I picked up my car on 6.6.26 and Anthony told me he would send over the details of CAG service centers and I even followed up with a text that same afternoon and never heard back from him but apparently he can call me on 6.8.26 to interrogate me on and I quote “you gave me a bad review”- MIND YOU my original review which you can see above said nothing bad about him at all and was originally a 4-star review. To insult me and say I gave you a “bad review” when I did no such thing is rude and to say that he wants to hear it from me on why I gave my review the way I did- READ what I said about the tint which was my only complaint about the lack of transparency on the pricing. Now I actually do have a problem with Anthony and the lack of professionalism displayed in calling me without even sending me the CAG locations first even but instead to accuse me of a bad review. To say you want to make things right but then to call me to accuse me to my face about leaving a bad review and then still not even refunding the tint is actually insane. I guess all Honda salesman are the same so pick your poison. ——- Update 6.8.26 Tyler Bright apparently watches the reviews like a hawk as I was quickly contacted regarding my experience and was offered a resolution regarding the tint and the bubbling. He did not have to go out of his way to make things right but he did and I do think that going forward that if a customer asks for a print-out they will receive one. I do think Anthony is still a good salesperson who just needs to work on his outreach calls- hopefully with some retraining this won’t happen again.

Just picked up my Honda today. Jaimi Moses was our sales rep and she was amazing. We had to wait a bit after the car purchase to actually pick it up, and she stayed in contact the entire time with all the updates and was available for all questions I may have had. She worked with us and ran numbers several times, ensuring we got the best fit for our situation. She stayed late while we were working with financing even though her part was done, wanting to make sure we had everything we needed. Car buying is not my favorite thing, so I loved that she wasn’t pushy and made the process as smooth as possible. After looking at multiple options and experiencing a few frustrating days of car shopping, the Honda seemed like the smartest and safest choice, but I was still feeling uncertain. I arrived with an appointment, looked at the one model I was interested in, compared a few different colors, and from the very beginning, Marcos made the experience enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Unlike the stereotype many people have of car salespeople, Marcos never pressured me into making a decision. He answered all my questions, gave me the information I needed, and allowed me to move at my own pace. Then came the final decision and financing process, and that’s when Carlos stepped in. I can honestly say that Carlos went above and beyond. Not only did he make it possible for me to get the car financed, but he provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
