Ben’s Favorite Book: Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson “When I was a teenager, my Dad encouraged me to read the book “Who Moved My Cheese?” He told me that we both share the same stubbornness at times and that if I decide to pursue a successful career in business I would need to be able to adapt to constant change. Up until that point I was an avid reader but most of my reading came from sci-fi and fantasy books. This was my first self development book, and I was pleasantly surprised by how engaging it was and how much I was able to take a away from it. WMMC really taught me a lot about myself and gave me a new perspective on how to navigate the world. I later went on to read another one of Spencer’s books that he co-authored called “The One Minute Manager”. To this day, that is my favorite book pertaining to leadership. It is simple, clear and effective.”
