Hire Date 4/8/2016 – Sunny was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Texas after Hurricane Katrina. He says his favorite part about this beautiful state is the lakes. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his son Everest. He also enjoys basketball, and the Spurs are his favorite team. The New Orleans Saints, of course, are his favorite football team.

Hire Date 10/09/2024 – Charlie is originally from Truth or Consequences, NM. For fun, he likes to build and race motorcycles and cars. The best vacation Charlie has ever been on was his trip to La Jolla beach near San Diego, CA, which he says was stunningly beautiful. If Charlie could invite anyone to dinner, he would have to invite Steve McQueen and Lewis Hamilton. Charlie is the proud dad to three adorable cats – Niki, Simmone, and Ringo.

Hire Date 7/7/2017 – Joseph was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He lived in NYC for 5 years before moving to Austin in 2016. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his wife and son, reading, working on his 01′ Honda S2000 and spending time outdoors! His favorite quote that he feels is important for work and family is “If you don’t quit, you will never fail.”

Hire Date 02/03/2023 – Emma was born and raised in Denton, Texas with her two siblings and moved to San Marcos after high school to attend Texas State University. When she’s not working, Emma enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Charlie (aka her BFF!). Charlie loves doing everything with Emma like soaking up the sunshine, going on walks, going out to eat, and taking a trip to Starbucks every Saturday for a “pup cup”. Emma also enjoys exploring new parks and trails in Austin, spending a night in the city with her friends, trying new restaurants, and attending as many events as she can at the Moody Center. Emma’s favorite meal is lasagna, especially her mom’s homemade recipe, and her favorite restaurant is Bar Peached because she can enjoy both pork buns and fries. Emma grew up listening to The Chicks and they are her favorite band of all time. She even got to see them perform at ACL Music Festival in 2022! FUN FACT: Emma grew up dancing and playing the violin. While she doesn’t do as much dancing anymore, she can still play some beautiful tunes on the violin!

Hire Date 11/14/2024 – Nick joined the automotive industry almost 2 years ago because he loves cars and motorcycles. Working on them doesn’t feel like work to Nick, he just enjoys the sheer amount of knowledge there is to gain. In his free time, Nick likes to work on his car and motorcycle, go to motorsports events as a viewer or participant, read, lift weights, and skateboard. Circuit of the Americas is his favorite thing about Austin, hands down. It’s one of his favorite tracks in the world. When it comes to food, Nick is a big fan of panang curry. You might also find Nick watching his favorite movie, Pacific Rim.

Hire Date 4/6/2015 – Ana graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor in Food Service Management, she later transitioned to the Automotive industry in 2015 when she was looking for change and growth. Ana believes in treating people the way you want to be treated and uses her positive attitude and sparkly energy to give clients a world-class experience. Ana is bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently teaching her children to be bilingual as well. Ana’s greatest pride was the birth of her first child in July 2016 and the arrival of her twins in December 2018! Two of her favorite Holidays are Halloween and Christmas. Who doesn’t love dressing up in cool costumes and decorating? Every year Ana makes sure she does not miss the trail of lights held in December in Austin, TX. FUN FACT: During a private dinner in Kittery, Maine, Ana served former President, George W Bush. As she poured the wine, she was nervous and overfilled the glasses, but he was so kind that he just laughed.

Hire Date 10/12/2017 – Luis moved to Austin from Mexico City, and really enjoys living here. He likes spending time on the ocean, and his hobby is keeping aquariums.

Hire Date 12/18/2023 – Maria was born and raised in Mexico, and she loves living in Austin for the awesome festivals and beautiful nature scenes to take long walks in. At home, she has a Pomeranian named Princess. FUN FACT: Maria is a huge fan of the Hunger Games movie series!

Lydia is from McAllen, Texas and she’s been a part of the automotive industry since 2019. She loves to rock out to Bon Jovi and catch a bite to eat at Pappadeaux whenever possible. One day, Lydia would like to travel to Europe and see Real Madrid-her favorite soccer team-play a match. At home, Lydia enjoys spending time with her Schnauzer, Figo.

Hire Date 1/7/2025 – Bree was born in Chicago, but moved to Florida before making her way to Texas. In her free time, she likes baking and cooking, hiking, shopping, and exploring new towns and cities. Pluckers is one of her favorite restaurants, specifically for their spicy lemon pepper wings! When it comes to sports, Bree roots for the Chicago Bulls and Austin FC. At home, she has a golden pei named Logan and a cat named Batman.

Hire Date 03/06/2023 – Justin comes to us from Round Rock, Texas, and this is his first job in the automotive world! His favorite food is pineapple pizza, and if he could travel to any destination, he would choose Space. At home, Justin has 2 dogs.

Hire Date 7/2/2018 – Marcos was born and raised in Austin. He enjoys playing basketball and playing video games. His favorite games are Call of Duty, NBA 2K, and any Madden games. Marcos’ mom and brothers both work at First Texas Honda as well!

Hire date 8/24/2011 – A true Austinite! Nina is a fun, charming, cheerful, friendly, generous, honest, hard-working person. Practically any positive descriptive adjective that exists, belongs to her! She loves spending time with her boys, her favorite movie is The Notebook, and she loves Italian food. Her favorite celebrity is Sandra Bullock and her favorite sports team is the Texas Longhorns! (Hook ‘Em!). The one thing she is proud of is being the person she is today! Nina has three sons who also work at First Texas Honda!

Hire Date 10/25/2023 – Trey was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. While he loves living in Austin, he’ll always stick to his roots when it comes to sports, as he is a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers. Trey’s favorite restaurant is Raising Cane’s and his go-to order is the box combo, substitute coleslaw for extra sauce, butter on both sides of the bread, and an ice-cold sweet tea. At home, Trey has a shepherd mix named Chester and his favorite movie is The Prestige.

Hire Date 08/14/2024 – Leo has been in the automotive business for over 20 years now. He’s had a long-lasting relationship with the Continental Automotive Group through working on the banking side of things, and he’s happy to have joined this team! When he’s not working, Leo enjoys spending time with his 3 children and two grandkids. When he’s not with family, you can find him at the gym or enjoying the great outdoors. Leo’s favorite things about Austin are its diverse culture and all the activities the city has to offer. As for travel, Leo likes going anywhere close to water and with a beach! At home, Leo has two dogs, Axel and Tikha.

Hire Date 02/20/2023 – Rita was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Carrollton, Texas. She always had her eyes set on building a career in the automotive industry and she is excited about this opportunity with CAG! She has been doing photography for 6 years, and in her free time, she enjoys taking pictures for her small photography business. This includes family pictures, portraits, and even car photography. Rita enjoys taking photos of any occasion and building cars with her dad. Her very first car was a 1988 Toyota MK3 Supra that she was able to build and restore with her dad’s help, and he also taught her how to drive a manual. When it comes to food, Rita enjoys trying out new places to eat! She loves sushi, but nothing beats a home-cooked meal by the best cook in the world – her mom. Rita’s favorite place to travel to is southern Oklahoma, and she enjoys visiting their state parks and going on hikes among the pine trees. Rita also loves hitting up the small towns and finding all of the hidden gems they have to offer.

Hire Date 1/27/2020 – Haley is originally from Denville, New Jersey, and spent most of her childhood in St. Louis, Missouri. Her hobbies include working out, spending time with family, and enjoying cozy days at home. She’s a lover of all kinds of music, and Ariana Grande is her all-time favorite artist. Haley has two cats named Ducky and Teddy, who always get their way and are spoiled rotten.

Hire Date 6/1/2009 – Jacki was born and raised in El Paso, TX. Looking for more adventure and opportunities, she officially began calling Austin home in 2004. Jacki now has 3 sons who keep her life very interesting and extremely busy, but she wouldn’t have it any other way! In their spare time, they like to hang out with their “giant” Chihuahua mix, Marley (another boy), going to the greenbelt, hitting up music festivals, farmers markets, and exploring all that Austin has to offer. One day Jacki hopes to travel the world.

Hire Date 1/3/2025 – Diana is originally from Fort Worth, TX. She moved to Austin because her son and daughter-in-law had their first baby, Julian! She is always happy to share a picture if you ask. Her favorite thing about Austin is how nice and friendly the people are. Diana is a big fan of Mexican food, and she is currently on the hunt for a good tamale place in Austin. Diana enjoys all kinds of music so it’s hard to choose a favorite song, because it’s always changing! At home, Diana has a rescue pup named Summer. Summer hates crowds and loud noises, but she loves treats!

Hire Date 01/17/2024 – Justin hails from good ol’ southern California! His hobbies include playing the drums and lifting weights, and he roots for the Houston Astros. Justin has been to Ireland before and has aspirations to go back because the beautiful scenery is next level. FUN FACT: Justin has 4 pets at home! He has two dogs, a border collie named Tux and a Dalmatian named Tally, and two ball python snakes named Indy and Captain.

Hire Date 02/20/2006 – Dan Boone is a third-generation auto industry professional. He is the son of a former Houston car dealer who handled many different makes from the late ’60s to the mid-’90s. Dan has worked full time in the auto industry since his graduation from the University of Texas in 1985. He has experience in every automotive department and even spent some time with a manufacturer, too. Dan originally joined the CAG team in April of 2004, which gave him the opportunity to move back to the Austin area and to be closer to his Longhorns. During the spring and summer, Dan can often be found at Disch-Faulk field supporting the home team! Customer satisfaction is Dan’s primary goal, stating, ‘My job is making my customers happy.’ Dan has worked with many lenders over the years and has developed the relationships and the expertise to help make his customer’s dreams a reality.

“Raintree County is the great American novel. James Mitchner spent several pages on it in his biography, “The World is My Backyard.” This book is set before, during, and after the Civil War. It weaves a compelling story of love, youth, heroism, duty, sorrow, freedom, and family. Every moment with this book is a treasure.”

Dan also enjoys the writings of Craig Symonds – a historian who makes history truly come alive. From Symonds, Dan would recommend “The Battle of Midway, ” heavy with stories of ingenuity, courage, and sacrifice.

Hire Date 7/20/2006 – Originally from the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas, Joel moved to Austin in 1985, and started with First Texas Honda shortly after in 1986. Part of the earlier crew at First Texas Honda, Joel was among the very first porter/detailer/courtesy shuttle driver/runners ever hired! For a brief period of two years, Joel left but came right back to the CAG family, now, totaling over 30 years here! When Joel lived in the valley, he would make frequent trips to the gulf coast beach and misses that since he’s been in Austin, but still makes time to visit semi-often. While Joel is away from work, he enjoys camping, fishing, and biking. He also loves going to movies and restaurants with his three daughters, the younger two – twins, and getting to spend time with his 3 grandsons. Joel has already been over to Hawaii, and hopes his next big vacation will be down to Costa Rica!

Hire Date 07/25/2024 – Joseph has been in the automotive industry since 1986, starting with a passion for car audio and electronics that quickly evolved into a full career. He and his wife recently bought a 2023 Audi S5 coupe and joined Driving Adventures USA. Their favorite trip together was to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and the Florida Keys. At home, Joseph and his wife have a Mal-Shi named Oscar, and his personal hero is himself—the person he aims to be 10 years from now.

Hire Date 6/28/1993 – Jennifer was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, but it wasn’t long until she moved to the great state of Texas! She moved to the Austin area her freshman year of high school in her glory days where she was an undercover basketball star. She now resides in Pflugerville, Texas with her husband Keith, daughter Briana, son Keanu and her two interesting cats. In her spare time, she likes to cook and spend time with family. She also likes daydreaming about John Travolta, and one day meeting John Bon Jovi. She loves Italian food and hopes to one day travel to Italy. Her favorite aisle at the grocery store is the produce section and she has a love for chili peppers. Her favorite time of year is Autumn. Although Jennifer and her kids attended the same high school, they still think she’s the coolest mom ever. Aside from her curly red hair and an unmistakable laugh, she has other great assets that contribute to making CAG the company it is today.

Hire Date 03/04/2024 – Keith is originally from Tucson, AZ but moved to Texas in 1990 after graduating high school and has been here ever since! His favorite musician is the local blues guitarist Monte Montgomery. For Keith, the automotive industry runs in the blood. There are many mechanics in his family and he’s been in the industry for over 30 years! If he could invite anyone to dinner, he’d invite Elvis because Keith has many questions he needs answered. Keith also has one black cat named Rose Royce, who he found and rescued from a car wash trench.

Hire Date 5/2/2022 – Before moving to Austin, Joseph spent his whole life living in Hawaii and California. While he is new to the area, he is very excited to be in Texas for this next chapter of his life! In his spare time, Joseph enjoys all outdoor activities, discovering and trying new restaurants, going to the movies, and traveling to new places with his longtime girlfriend and their two Pomeranians, Grizzly and Milo! One day, Joseph would love to visit Portugal because he is half Portuguese and is very interested in seeing where his grandparents immigrated from. FUN FACT – Joseph is a huge fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden State Warriors!

At home, Maddie has a boston terrier named Niko!

Hire Date 7/8/2019 – Sherry was born in Houston and later spent 21 years out in Big Spring, the “Crossroads of West Texas”. For nearly 30 years she’s been doing title work and accounting. When she’s not working, Sherry likes to spend time with her family, which includes 3 kids, all married, and 7 grandkids. She also likes to play mind games, like puzzles and word puzzles, and watch sports–especially if it’s the Astros, Cowboys, or pro golfers, Tiger and Jason Day. Sherry is also a huge animal person. She currently has Ellie, a Cavachon (a mix of Cavalier King Charles spaniel and Bichon frise). Sherry suspects that Ellie may have more spaniel in her mix, as she’s an extremely playful and energetic little dog!

Hire Date 6/22/2015 – Born in Fargo, North Dakota, Mike lived in 11 states and 13 cities before his family settled in St. Louis, Missouri when he was 14. Mike started a successful environmental hazardous waste emergency response business and moved the headquarters to Southern California, where he owned an operated two different businesses with over 300 employees. Mike has an MBA and is the holder of three different patents. Mike moved his wife (an entrepreneur), son (a senior at Vandegrift High School with plans to attend The University of Colorado, Denver), and a dog (a 7-year old Beagle) to Austin in 2009 to start a small oil and gas production company utilizing one of his process patents that increases output from existing marginal wells using green technology. Selling the company and patents to a major petroleum company in 2014 allowed Mike to move in an entirely different direction. Most recently, Mike was the Internet Sales Director and one of the top sales producers for another local dealership. Mike has always been a car guy, restoring and enjoying the classics.

Hire Date 06/27/2024 – Brandon was born in Salt Lake City, UT and moved to Austin in 1992. He’s been in the automotive industry for 7 years, and he joined because he wanted to help people find reliable transportation and help enhance the car buying experience. Outside of work, Brandon is an outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time with his wife, their 4 children, and his two American Bulldogs named Diego and Nino. When it comes to sports, Brandon has been a diehard Kansas City Chiefs fan since the mid-to-late 80s!

Hire Date 03/12/2024 – Emma was born and raised in Round Rock, TX. Her favorite thing about Austin is all the greenery! In her free time, she likes to watch TV and crochet. Her favorite restaurant is the iconic Chili’s. She also has two cats, Lilo and Hermione.

Hire Date 08/08/2024 – Will is originally from Midland, TX and he moved to Austin back in 2015. In his free time, he loves to race in triathlons and ultra marathons. He also really enjoys rock climbing and playing pickleball. You might also find him playing Call of Duty or Fortnite on his PS4. Will’s favorite foods to eat are burgers and tacos. At home, Will has two cats named Juniper and Jewels.

Hire Date 7/29/2024 – Rob is originally from Youngstown, OH. He’s been in the automotive industry for 15 years now. His father owns an auto shop, so Rob’s been around cars since he was able to walk! Rob’s favorite movie of all-time is 13 Hours. When it comes to sports, Rob roots for the San Francisco 49ers. FUN FACT: Rob was a USMC Infantry Anti-Tank Missileman.

Hire Date 06/03/2024 – Matt was born in Clovis, New Mexico but only lived there until he was 9 years old. He spent the rest of his life in South Dakota. Matt has worked for the Honda brand for over 19 years. He grew up in a family of auto-body technicians, so this was a natural career path for him! In his free time, Matt likes to be outdoors, whether he’s hiking or kayaking. He also likes to DJ and play music whenever he gets the chance! The best vacation Matt has been on was the time he spent a week in New Smyrna, Florida. At home, Matt has a 5 year old cat named Athena, who is a complete sweetheart.

Hire Date 1/14/2003 – Suzette grew up in a once little town near Austin, Texas called Dripping Springs. She started working for the Continental Automotive Group at the age of 17 as a receptionist where she met her husband, Andrew Burrow. After being a receptionist, she then bounced around CAG, and today she works as the Chief Marketing Officer for all of CAG! If you can’t get enough of her from the informative videos on the web, then you can often find her at Matt’s El Rancho, her favorite Mexican food restaurant in Austin.

Hire Date 7/24/2017 – Born and raised in San Antonio, Lisa arrived in Austin in May 2017. She has a BA in Organizational Communication and Sociology, and when she’s not working, she enjoys being with her three dogs, attending film and music festivals, and spending time with family. Lisa is quite the adrenaline junkie, and someday she plans to run with the bulls in Spain! FUN FACT: Lisa was voted class clown in high school.

Hire Date 2/3/2014 – Originally from Houston, I’ve had the great fortune of living in Austin and working in the automotive industry for the last nine years. Now twenty seven I enjoy biking around town, battling the foot clan, playing music and sampling any new craft brew I can find.

Hire Date 1/2/2025 – Orion grew up in Southeast Texas. He moved a lot growing up so he can’t really say he has a hometown. In his free time, he likes to go on long drives with family and friends. Driving relaxes and comforts him. He also likes to play video games and work on his car. His favorite game series is called the Soul Games. Orion listens to a lot of different types of music, but one of his favorite bands is AJR. He likes the way they use almost any type of sound to create music. Orion says that his uncle Sam is his hero, because he was a hard worker and he put his all into everything he did. Even while battling cancer, he still worked as hard as he could.

Hire Date 05/06/2024 – Aidan is originally from San Antonio, TX. He has worked in the automotive industry since 2022 and he decided to join because he loves cars and getting the chance to meet new people! When it comes to sports, he roots for the Dallas Cowboys. When he’s not at work, you might find him enjoying a meal at his favorite restaurant Wings N’ More. At home, Aidan has two cats named George and Lenny.

Hire Date 01/03/2024 – Ryan is originally from Coachella, California. He enjoys hiking and exploring new places with his family as often as he can, and at home, he has two dogs who are the same age – Hoss (Belgian Malinois) and Titan (Pitbull). Ryan also enjoys kicking back with a good movie, and his top pick would have to be Step Brothers. FUN FACT: Ryan and his wife raise chickens in their spare time!

Hire Date 07/24/2024 – In Jacob’s free time, you can find him skating around in some of Austin’s great skateparks. When it comes to sports, Jacob has to support his hometown team, the Astros. Movies are a passion of Jacob’s, and he says The Grand Budapest Hotel is an amazing movie. Wes Anderson is one of his favorite directors and, fun fact, he went to UT Austin! If Jacob could travel anywhere, he would go to New Zealand because the landscape is so unique and he would love to experience it in person. Italian food is Jacob’s cuisine of choice, and he recommends North Italia for their delicious pesto chicken pasta!

Hire Date 2/26/2015 – Pablo was born in Mexico and then moved to New Mexico at the age of 11, where he grew up. When he turned 23 he met his current wife, Angelica Castro and got married in the winter of 1998. They moved to Austin, TX in 2000 where his love of working on cars continued to grow. Pablo started to work at First Texas Honda in 2002, and worked here for 6 years where he learned a lot about Honda vehicles. He then decided to make a change in his life and left for another adventure. He has now returned, and this time to stay! When he is not at work he likes to spend time with his wife and kids (Krystal and Luys). They love to go to parks, bbq’s and outside festivals.

Deyanira is from Edinburg, Texas and she’s been in the automotive industry since 2004. When she’s not working, she enjoys painting and trying to keep her two Boxers from destroying anything they find. Her favorite restaurant is Olive Garden, and someday, Deyanira would like to visit Hawaii for the amazing beaches there.

Hire Date 08/19/2024 – When she’s not at work, Stephanie likes to powerlift or travel around the world and hike in different scenic spots. She also loves playing video games! She has a PC, PS4, and a Nintendo Switch, and her favorite games are World of Warcraft and Harvest Moon. Stephanie’s favorite movies are White Chicks and She’s the Man. As fod food, Stephanie loves Hana Yoree for Korean food or BarChi Sushi. At home, Stephanie has two dogs, Arya and Momo.

Hire Date 01/22/2024 – Julia is from El Paso and moved to Austin in 2017 to be closer to her family. In her free time, she enjoys getting dressed up to go out to eat and take pictures with her friends. Julia has been to Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, and notes it to be the best place she’s visited thus far. In the future, she hopes to hit up Zanzibar, Africa for its beautiful waters. At home, Julia has a cat named Benjamin who is the sweetest lad!

Hire Date 6/1/2009 – Ana is originally from California but has been living in Austin since 2007. She has a young daughter who is the light of her life. When she’s off, her and her daughter spend quality time together and enjoy walking along the greenbelt and hiking. Ana loves chocolate and would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if she could!

Hire Date 07/08/2024 – Rue is originally from Harare, Zimbabwe. She’s been on many amazing vacations, but Dubai and Thailand are basically tied for number one. Rue’s favorite movie is the 1999 classic, But I’m a Cheerleader. When asked who her hero is, Rue said her dad, because despite the countless hours he worked, he always showed up for her. Everything he’s put effort towards has always been for the betterment of her family. At home, Rue has a cat named Aqua, who is too much fun. “She’s the closest thing to a dog I’ve seen in a cat.”

Hire Date 9/2/1997 – Jose is a veteran of the Continental Automotive Group. He grew up in a small town in Guerrero, Mexico, and has lived in Austin for more than 20 years with his wife and three children. Jose’s favorite vacation was when he and his family went to Disney World. Jose enjoys going to church on Sunday, playing volleyball and soccer, and watching the Mexican national team games.

Hire Date 5/13/2017 – Luis really loves to play soccer! He generally plays forward, and plays every chance he gets! He also enjoys going walking, hiking, and bass fishing – catch and release, only. Luis also really likes to go kayaking downtown, and hopes to get his own kayak soon. He currently goes to ACC for general studies while he tries to figure what he’d like to do later in life.

Hire Date 4/12/2021 – Nio is from Houston, and he is a big fan of the energy and the weather in Austin. He’s looking forward to doing whatever he can to help clients make their dreams a reality. Anytime he’s not working, Nio is likely writing and creating music for his artist persona, Nio Sevens. He’s conquered a lot internally over the span of 2020 and is thankful to be able to see himself as his own hero these days. Nio never tires of eating meals like mac & cheese and salmon, listening to Kendrick Lamar, and playing Apex Legends on PS4. He wants to travel to Seattle one day, and believes that the ’08 Phoenix Suns were the best of the best when it comes down to sports teams. Hire Date 10/9/2017 – Zane was born and raised in Austin. He has two pitbulls that he loves to take to the beach. Zane dreams of Formula Drifting, and his favorite movie producer is Hayao Miyazaki.

Hire Date 6/29/1992 – Debbie was born and raised in Texas, and came to Austin in 1984. Debbie has been in the car business since 85′ and is grateful to have been with CAG since 92′. She loves getting to travel around and visit her son, who is a Master Sergeant in the US Airforce. He has been stationed in Germany, Italy, Hawaii, Guam, and Korea, so she has had some great trips while visiting him! Debbie enjoys all of the time she gets to spend with her 5 grandkids, and has very happy memories of getting to watch her oldest grandson play baseball and watch him and his teammates grow up together. The one thing she is looking forward to more than anything, even more than her own retirement, is the retirement of her son from the Airforce, so that he can move back home.

Hire Date 09/03/2024 – Gene’s favorite thing about Austin is its slogan, “Keep Austin Weird.” Hands down, his favorite movie is Cars. The best vacation Gene has ever been on was either his trip to Monaco or to Switzerland. The views and the cultures of both places are truly one of a kind. If Gene could eat one meal for the rest of his life, it would be Korean Galbi ribs and kimbap. Gene has six younger siblings, or “pets” as he calls them – one younger brother and five younger sisters!

Hire Date 5/23/2013 – Carlos was born and raised in Mexico. He came to Austin in 2006, and since has found a passion for serving customers! He loves taking pictures of his adorable Shih Zhus, Leo and Lola. Carlos is extremely friendly, loving, and energetic. You can find him strutting around First Texas Honda, chatting with customers and colleagues, brightening everyone’s day!

Hire Date 3/29/2007 – Brian is a local boy and a Round Rock High School Dragon (class of ’96). He has four kids of his own now, and spends his time outside of work playing board and computer games with the children, particularly Monopoly and Warcraft. Brian also enjoys spending ample amounts of time with his wonderful wife.

Hire Date 3/29/2021 – In Justin’s free time, he enjoys hiking and fishing. He would love to visit Wyoming with his friends in the future because he’s heard it’s beautiful. You can often find Justin jamming out to his favorite song, “It’s Not Me, It’s You” by Skillet or hanging out with his dog, Thor. Justin says his hero is his father, because he has always been there for Justin, helped him achieve his goals, and never given up on him.

Hire Date 6/10/2002 – Ms. Jackson was born in Kerrville, graduated from Hayes High School, and lives in Manor with her dream car. She likes to spend free time fixing up this prized vehicle. Julie has not yet taken on the responsibility of pets or houseplants. She is an Aquarius and likes music. The last show she saw was the ‘Hard Luck Heroes’ at Headhunters.

Hire date 1/7/2025 – Wayne was born in Louisiana and graduated from high school there, but he grew up on a farm north of Waco. His favorite band of all time is Pink Floyd, but when it comes to solo artists, he’s a fan of Jahseh Onfroy. His favorite movie is Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. In his free time, Wayne enjoys playing video games and he plays on most systems, but the best game in his opinion is either Fallout: New Vegas or Cyberpunk 2077. If Wayne could travel anywhere in the world, he would go back to Korea. He was there while serving in the Army so he couldn’t fully enjoy it, but he still fell in love with the peninsula.

Hire Date 6/10/2021 – Jonathan is an Austinite who enjoys kicking it with Simba, his Shar Pei/lab mix. His favorite place to get a meal in Austin is hands-down, Sway, a Thai restaurant that should definitely be on your list to check out if you haven’t tried it yet. Most of the traveling that Jonathan’s done has been to see family, however he really enjoyed a trip to Colorado Springs where he vacationed for the sake of taking a vacation. One day, he hopes to add Los Angeles and New York to the list, with the main motivation being art – per movies and museums! In his free time, Jonathan likes to play video games on his PC and Xbox, and his favorite movie is Mad Max Fury Road.

Hire Date 5/4/2015 – Matthew was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and raised here in Austin, Texas. His favorite part about this city is the live music venues and ever-changing weather. Matthew’s love for old-school cars and learning everything he can about cars inspired him to join the automotive industry in 2015. Fast forward to now and he hasn’t looked back! Matthew enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Ivonne, and taking their dog on walks together. He is also a huge Texas sports fan and roots for the San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys, and Houston Texans. Matthew is part Korean and would love to travel to South Korea to visit family that he hasn’t seen in ages.  If he could invite anyone to dinner, he would choose Allen and Naji here at First Texas Honda. FUN FACT: Matthew’s sons, Andrew and Roland, have worked here in the past.

Hire Date 06/24/2024 – In his free time, Steven likes to visit Barton Creek with his dogs Bubba and Ruca. He likes to catch a live show when he gets a chance, and he also loves traveling to other countries! The best trip he’s been on so far was the time he spent 2 weeks in Thailand in 2023. His favorite concert venue is the Concourse Project; they have shows every weekend and the venue is rated one of the best in the United States. As for food, Steven is a die-hard Chuy’s fan, and he’ll eat any meal as long as it comes with the Boom Boom sauce. Something else Steven enjoys – maybe too much – is video games. His favorite games are Call of Duty, Madden, Age of Empires, and Jurassic Park.

Hire Date 6/1/2021 – Josh is from Kingman, Arizona, and proudly roots for the Arizona Coyotes. If Josh’s not doing graphic design projects on the side for fun, you can likely spot him at a hockey game, hiking, listening to podcasts, or testing out a new camera lens. While he doesn’t play any video games, he’ll admit that Flappy Bird was boss. Josh enjoys long walks to the kitchen to happily devour pasta dinners, seafood, and sushi. Hire Date 08/07/2024 – William was born and raised here in Austin, TX. This is his first job in the automotive industry and he chose First Texas Honda for their great customer service and reliability! In 2023, William visited Vietnam and he really enjoyed the food and the scenery – but not the heat!

Hire Date 04/10/2023 – Ulysses is native to Austin, and he enjoys going out for nights on the town. He also enjoys playing a wide variety of PC video games with his friends. Hire Date 07/03/2024 – Evan was born and raised in Austin, TX and he’s loved every second of it. For fun, Evan enjoys practicing guitar. He says he’s not very good yet, but it’s still a lot of fun! He also likes to read fiction novels and go to the pool to grill and swim with his family and friends. Evan’s favorite artist is Washed Out. “He’s incredible and produces nothing but vibes.” Evan has been playing video games since he was a wee lad when he got his first console, which was a PS1. Since then, he’s moved up to a PS5 and his favorite game is The Last of Us Part II. At home, Evan has a rat terrier/chihuahua mix named Ellie (named after Ellie from The Last of Us) and she is everything to him.

Hire Date 05/03/2023 – Grace is originally from Colorado and loves how unique and delightful everyone is here in Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball, soccer, and softball, and she roots for the US Women’s National Soccer Team! Her other hobbies include hiking, playing card games, playing Skyrim, and reading. When it comes to food, Grace’s top two favorite restaurants are Steamies and Chuy’s, and she’ll tell you that the Moody Amphitheater is the best concert venue. Her favorite musical artist is Brandi Carlile and her favorite song of hers is “The Story”.  Grace’s dream travel destination is Italy because she would love to experience the delicious food, landscapes, and architecture. She also loves that we have a beautiful natural spring in the middle of the city! In her free time, she enjoys doing crafts like sewing, painting, and jewelry making. Charlie loves being in nature and she’s a big fan of hiking and camping. She would love to visit all of our national parks one day – or at least as many as she can! At home, Charlie has one Blue Heeler named Miles.

Hire Date 04/29/2024 – When he’s not hard at work, Bernado likes going to the racetrack and racing his car around. His favorite musical artist is Khalid, who he says is an amazing pop and R&B singer. However, his favorite song is Ninety by Jaden Smith. As for more favorties, his favorite movie is Black Panther because it was so well written and perfectly acted. If Bernado could travel anywhere, he would love to go to Dubai because it seems so fascinating and full of things to do.

Hire Date 04/10/2023 – Sarah is originally from Fullerton, California, but spent some time living in Maine before making her move to Texas. She has previous experience working in automotive sales and is now thrilled to be joining CAG! In her free time, Sarah enjoys going on drives through the hill country and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite food is sushi, but she loves restaurant recommendations and is always open to trying new places. In the near future, Sarah plans to visit Nice, France, and is super excited about that trip! Next on her list is either Japan or Australia. At home, Sarah has 2 cats and 2 dogs. 1 of each is on the older side, but that doesn’t stop them from having lots of energy!

Hire Date 07/01/2024 – Karen is originally from Peoria, IL. For fun, she likes exploring the beautiful city of Austin. She loves everything about Austin except the traffic. Karen loves the Harry Potter movies and is always ready for a movie night. She also loves Golden Retrievers and has had several in her life. Her current pup is named Cheyenne and she was adopted from Gold Ribbon Rescue.

Hire Date 2/3/2014 – John was born in Chicago, and was lucky enough to get to move to Austin; he’s lived here for over 19 years. His favorite food is anything Italian and he loves to cook. We’re all hoping he will invite us over for lasagna in the near future! John’s previous job was a television news photographer and he loves watching Independent films. He has traveled to Germany and France and in the future, he would like to travel to Italy and the Czech Republic. John prides himself on being a natural “data-gatherer” and is excited to be part of the First Texas Honda family.

Hire Date 06/20/2024 – Randi is originally from Baton Rouge, LA. Her favorite things about Austin are the variety of cultures, the beautiful scenery, and the many fun things to do! In her free time, she enjoys writing music, being outdoors, and spending time with her daughter. She also LOVES to dance! Because of her passion for music, she finds it difficult to narrow it down to a single favorite artist, but if she really had to choose, she would say J. Cole is her favorite. Randi is also a food lover; she loves seafood, fried chicken, sushi, and steak. She just can’t choose a favorite!

Hire Date 07/22/2024 – Yolanda was born and raised in Houston, TX and she moved to Austin to be with her fiance. She’s excited to officially become an Austinite! Yolanda previously worked in the automotive industry for 10 years, and since she’s naturally a people-person, she loved being around customers. When she moved to Austin and saw the opportunity to get back into the industry here at CAG, she couldn’t pass it up! Yolanda has a passion for travel, and her all-time favorite vacation was a solo trip to Puerto Rico. Traveling alone allowed her to make her own schedule, make new friends, and learn a lot about herself! She says Puerto Rico is a truly magical place. In the future, Yolanda would love to visit Switzerland, because it looks beautiful and she’s heard great things about the country! If Yolanda could invite anyone to dinner, she would invite her grandpa. He passed away when she was little, but the memories she has with him were wonderful. He was so much fun and so funny, and she would love to hear his laugh one more time.

Hire Date 1/18/2013 – Nicholas is a man of few words. He was born in Canada and not much interesting has happened to him since. He would rather ride a horse than drive a car. He likes to eat BBQ and drink beer while watching the Green Bay Packers, his favorite sports team. Probably will move from Austin soon because he hates the summers in Austin.

Hire Date 05/31/2024 – Courtney was born in Lake Charles, LA but lived in Weatherford, TX from 2003 to 2010. His fondest vacation memory is from 2019 when he went to Fort Lauderdale and South Beach in Miami. The food was great and the scenery was even better! Courtney’s favorite things about Austin are that it has plenty of opportunities to grow in different industries, and it’s also a great place to raise a family. His favorite movie is Forrest Gump. He says it’s simply the best movie ever, not to mention Forrest played a role in every important American history event. At home, Courtney has two dogs – a labrador retriever named Sadie and a Jack Russell/weiner dog mix named Gunther – and two cats – Grace and Melvin.

Hire Date 09/10/2024 – Uly is originally from Rockford, IL. One of his favorite things about Austin is going to Circuit of the Americas where he gets to watch racers and racecars test their limit. When he’s not working, you might find Uly watching his favorite movie, Finding Nemo, or playing video games. He likes to sim race in the virtual world, and his favorite game so far is Assetto Corsa. Uly has one pet that lives in El Paso, a shih tzu named Rocky.

Hire Date 8/22/1988 – Rich is another local boy, graduating from Manor High. The only time he has been to Manor Downs was when the Grateful Dead played there in 1985. The set list that day opened with a strong Half Step followed by some lackluster Mexicali tracks, followed by one of the best Let it Grow efforts in G.D. history. His interests are fishing, sports, fishing, outdoors, fishing, golf, and more fishing.

Hire Date 6/5/2017 – Aaron moved to Austin from South Texas in 2015. Family is his main passion; he’s a single father raising four sons, Aaron, Andre, Gabriel, and Osiris, and one step-daughter, Ariel. He has a Pomeranian named Mr. Fox. When he’s not at work, he enjoys golfing. He has 20 years of sales experience, and he has been enjoying helping people find their dream Honda for 9 years.

Hire Date 09/06/2024 – Fernando is originally from Venezuela. He’s been in the automotive industry for over 7 years, which is perfect for him because he enjoys learning about cars and the history behind manufacturers. In his free time, Fernando likes swimming, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and doing crossfit! The best vacation Fernando has been on was when he spent 4 days off the grid in Colorado, driving around to different national parks and living out of a camper van. At home, Fernando has a labrador named Elena who goes on many outdoor adventures with him!

Hire Date 2/1/2021 – Cory was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in the heart of Cajun Country in Lafayette, Louisiana (aka the happiest city in America!). He has lived in various regions throughout the Southeast and is happy to now reside in Austin, Texas. Cory began working in the automotive industry in 2021 after getting to know Allen Clauss, GM at First Texas Honda. He figured any place with Allen as the GM ought to be a pretty cool place to work … turns out, he was right! In his free time, Cory is a die-hard fan of Disc Golf and enjoys other activities like working out, traveling, and spending time with his significant other. Together, the couple loves hanging out with their three adorable cats – Gradoux (refers to the stuff that sticks to the pan when browning meat & then used to make ya gravy, baby), Smudge (aka Patootie), and Reaux (pronounced “Row”). Cory plans to get a dog in the near future and hopes to one day get a tortoise, pig, goat, and an alpaca … and that’s just to start with! Cory says he greatly appreciates Austin, Texas for its phenomenal Disc Golf scene, outdoor activities, and open-minded/active people. When it comes to food, it’s safe to say Cory sticks to his Louisiana roots. He absolutely loves every kind of Cajun cuisine, particularly Gumbo, Crawfish, and any type of dark gravy over rice. Cory has traveled to a number of gorgeous destinations including Thailand, Vietnam, Costa Rica, the Oregan Pacific Coast, and Hawaii – all of which surpassed his already high expectations! He plans to visit Peru in 2023, and after that, he hopes to experience as much of the world as possible so he can obtain personal growth and gain a new appreciation for different cultures. Cory’s heroes include the women in his family, like his Momma Dean and Granny, as they are responsible for shaping him into the man he is today. Hire Date 8/17/2020 – Myra is from McAllen, Texas. She has been in the automotive world for nearly ten years and started off working at the DMV. Anytime she’s not working, you can find Myra painting, listening to music, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, spending time outdoors, planning her dream vacation to Hawaii/or any island, and hanging out with her fiancé and their dogs–3 chihuahuas and 1 pitbull. (Myra also became the grandma to three chihuahua puppies in 2021!) Myra’s grandmother is her hero and she is thankful to have a very close relationship wit her. As of 2021, Myra is excited to welcome her first child soon and is looking forward to motherhood.

Hire Date 09/14/2024 – Bryan was originally born and raised in Honduras. In his free time, he loves playing soccer and spending time with his family. Bryan’s favorite soccer team is Real Madrid from Spain. When he’s not working, you might find Bryan watching his favorite movie, The Gladiator. Hire Date 08/01/2024 – Buster is originally from Grover Beach, CA. He’s been in the automotive industry for 10 years and counting. He joined because he was tired of swinging a hammer and was looking for something different! In his free time, Buster enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. The best vacation he’s been on was a family trip to the beautiful state of Hawaii. When it comes to food, any type of Mexican cuisine is his favorite!

Hire Date 8/29/2016 – Dustin was born in San Antonio and lived in Pflugerville and Boerne growing up. He moved to Austin in 2016. In his spare time, he likes playing challenging or competitive video games and puzzles, and watching TV series online with his friends. He likes to tell people that his favorite movie is Spiderman 3, mainly because of the reaction it gets from his friend and fellow IT person, Walker. His favorite grocery aisle is… not. It’s Amazon Prime. One day, he would like to visit Germany and the Netherlands to enjoy the scenery.

Hire Date 03/27/2024 – Brittany grew up in Houston, but she’s been living in Austin since 2009. She’s new to the automotive industry, but she fell in love with the team here at First Texas Honda! Brittany loves desserts, especially milkshakes. Her favorite songs are constantly changing, but she’ll never say no to a motivational jam! At home, Brittany has two pups – a funny Shih Tzu named Gigi and a Pomeranian named Victoria.

Hire Date 12/7/2020 – Sebastian is an Austinite who’s worked in the automotive field since 2009. His father was a technician, and Sebastian ended up following in his footsteps! When he’s not working, he enjoys writing music and enjoys listening to the Architects. At some point in his life, he’d like to visit Australia, mainly to see the wildlife there. At home, Sebastian enjoys meals that are easy on the stomach, playing games like Warzone on his PC, and hanging out with his cat Ms. Frizzle. FUN FACT: Sebastian can solve a rubik’s cube in about 20 seconds!

Hire Date 06/03/2024 – Ben was born and raised in Bastrop, TX and he moved to Austin in 2009. In his free time, Ben likes to go on long kayak/camping trips down his favorite Texas rivers. However, the best trip he’s been on was a Summer trip to Italy with his whole family, including his 4 year old daughter, to visit relatives in Sicily. Ben’s favorite thing about Austin is all the natural swimming holes around town. At home, he has one dog, a mini-aussie named Camper.

Hire Date 5/19/2015 – “Rosie” is a mother of three who isn’t your typical mom. She loves piercings and tattoos and if it were socially acceptable, she’d be covered in art. She was born and raised here in Austin and she loves the Texas Longhorns. Sports are her passion. She loves watching football with her family and going for walks along Town Lake.

Hire Date 7/6/2015 – Chelsea is a breakfast loving lady from Childress, Texas. Seriously, anything breakfast related, and you’re good in her book! Chelsea has been in the automotive industry since 2015 and got her footings right here with CAG. Having previously worked in retail, she knew she wanted something fast paced and she’s continually grateful that she found and fell in love with CAG. When she’s not working, Chelsea loves to take her two rescue pups (Bandit a long haired Dachshund and Bear the Yorkie) out hiking, enjoying a good cup of tea while soaking up the sun, getting crafty, going fishing, and watching fishing shows like River Monsters and Deadliest Catch. If she could travel anywhere, she would like to visit the Cape Town area of South Africa. A sucker for great scenery, Chelsea’d love to explore all over from safaris to wine country to beautiful beaches. In Austin, Chelsea could rave about so many things, but her favorite has to be that even while the city is forever expanding, it still has an easy-going, small town vibe–plus, great coffee and food! Inspired most by her Marine-Medal-of-Honor grandpa–lovingly dubbed, Papaw Thomas–she’s taken one of his sayings to heart: “Don’t be anyone’s dancin’ chicken,” meaning to only make decisions that feel right and true to you. If she could have dinner with anyone, Chelsea would choose Nicole Lapin, her favorite author. All of Lapin’s books are about empowering women to take control of their life, wealth, and career. Chelsea also makes sure to catch her podcasts and will tell you that her energy and confidence is totally infectious! Chelsea is the embodiment of her favorite song: Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles. FUN FACT: Chelsea loves to stop and read all of the historical makers that she finds!

Hire Date 1/2/2025 – Vinnie was born and raised here in Austin, TX.  If he could travel anywhere in the world, he would go to Sedona, AZ. You can’t find better views of the red rocks or the sunrise. Vinnie’s personal favorite band is Tool. He grew up listening to them with his dad while he helped him work on cars. Vinnie’s favorite movie is Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, as a result of his grandfather making him a nerd. At home, Vinnie has two cats, Lenny and Jeffery.

Hire Date 4/18/2022 – Lizet comes to us from Reno, Nevada, and she has been working in the automotive industry for the past 11 years! Her favorite thing about  Austin, Texas would have to be the selection of good restaurants and live music scene. She loves doing anything outdoors, especially if a beautiful view is included, and her favorite style of cuisine would have to be Thai. When it comes to good music, Lizet’s favorite artists are undoubtedly Pink Floyd, The Doors, and Luke Combs. Lizet’s favorite vacation thus far was when she stayed in a treehouse in Tulum, Mexico, but she would one day love to visit Greece and Italy to experience the history and archaeology. When asked who her hero is, Lizet said her parents because of how hard-working, kind, and inspiring they are.

Hire Date 10/3/2019 – Tiffani is from Bristol, Texas of the Dallas area. When she’s not working, she loves to read, do makeup, listen to horror podcasts while playing the Sims 4, and play video games like Zelda, Splatoon 2, and Pokémon. In Austin, she would recommend Kerbey Lane to anyone in the area and enjoys the paddleboarding and kayaking available near Zilker. Tiffani is always down to catch an alternative or hardcore rock music concert at Come and Take It Live. She’s also been out to Pennsylvania to visit family and ending up loving it there. Plus, she got to go hiking in part of the Appalachians! One day, Tiffani plans to go to Japan for the culture she loves that she’s seen through watching Japanese dramas and anime. Tiffani has five pets! Two dogs; Koda and Riley, and 3 cats; Sheba, Cinder, and Dexter.

Hire Date 07/01/2024 – Christian is originally from Colorado. In Christian’s free time, he enjoys long runs at Lady Bird Lake and lifting weights in the gym. Health and fitness is a big part of his life, and it’s what makes him happy! However, he’s still always down for a slice of pizza. When it comes to sports, Christian roots for the Dallas Cowboys, and has his fingers crossed for a Super Bowl win in his lifetime. His favorite thing about Austin is how nice everyone is and all the beautiful running trails around town!

Hire Date 10/15/2024 – Jayden moved to Texas from Illinois when he was around seven years old and he’s lived here ever since! His favorite thing about Austin is the diversity of food. On the weekend, you can typically find him trying new foods around town. If Jayden could share a delicious dinner with anyone, he would choose Tatsuru Ichishima, the founder of Spoon Sports, a Honda performance company. Jayden also loves to travel. The best vacation he’s been on so far was to Portland, OR for his 21st birthday. In the future, he would love to travel to Hawaii to take in the beautiful beaches and waterfalls they have.

Hire Date 2/13/1989 – Our one-of-a-kind HR gal was born in Arkansas but moved to Texas as quickly as she could! Sheri has two wonderful daughters, four adorable granddaughters, 2 grand-dogs, and 1 crazy cat, Fred. If she could live anywhere, it would be along a coastline so that she could relax on the beach with her feet in the sand. Sheri offices out of our flagship store and says her dream car is a convertible. With over 700 employees group-wide now, Sheri’s a busy girl but never too busy to keep our CAG crew cared for; it’s what she does best!

Hire Date coming soon! – Trudy was born and raised right here in Austin. She loves the weather here and enjoys how green the landscape is all around. Trudy has an Australian shepherd mix named Lucy that she likes to take on walks to the park just down the street from her house.

Hire Date 6/30/2021 – Laura is from California. She has three senior Chihuahuas: Lolly, Brigid, and Tuna (pictured). Laura moved to Austin on a whim in 2020 with her Chihuahuas and is ever grateful for that decision.

Hire Date 12/28/2007 – Ashley grew up in Austin and is currently taking classes at ACC. She wants to be a first grade teacher and have a really big family (she loves kids). The beach is Ashley’s favorite place to vacation, but, even though she loves the water, she thinks that jet skiing is the scariest thing ever. Ashley has never been outside of Texas but would love to travel. Florida is the place that she would most like to visit, and she really wants to be in two places at once.

Hire Date 6/10/2010 – Corbin is from Austin and has been working on cars since 2004. He attended McNeil High School and even worked in the automotive department for 2 years there. He likes to go off-roading and when asked if he could travel anywhere in the world, he responded, “anywhere with a beach.” On weekends you might find him at his favorite Mexican food restaurant, El Patio.

Hire Date 11/27/2023 – Marcos is originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico. He loves living in Austin for the delicious restaurants, like Mi Cocina which is his favorite of all! The best place Marcos has traveled to is Hawaii, and when it comes to sports, he roots for the Kansas City Chiefs. At home, Marcos has two pets – an Austrailian Shepherd Mix named Koda and a Mini Aussie named Zena.

Hire Date 06/24/2024 – Bert was born and raised in Dallas, TX. He lived there all the way through high school. He loves Dallas and all the fun things there are to do. His favorite things about Austin are the endless adventures and many cool spots to sit and hang out around the city. No matter how much he goes out, there’s always something new and exciting to experience. In his free time, Bert enjoys playing the guitar. He has 5 guitars, including a stratocaster. He loves sitting down with his guitar and seeing where the music takes him! Bert is also a sports fanatic, especially when it comes to his Dallas sports teams. You’ll probably catch him talking about the Rangers winning the 2023 World Series! One of his favorite restaurants to visit is Pluckers, because of the delicious wings, great environment, and many TVs for watching sports.

Hire Date 9/25/2018 – Kenneth was raised in Gary, IN, and moved to Austin in 2016 by way of Dallas. When he was 15, he started playing basketball at McCallum high school, and these days, he still plays for fun. Kenneth is a Laker’s fan and someday, he’d like to see Lebron–and the rest of the team–play. In his free time, he likes to play video games on his Xbox and PS4, and is currently enjoying Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. One of Kenneth’s driving passions in life is the push to save up his money and be able to buy himself the car he wants! Kenneth’s mom and brothers both work at First Texas Honda, as well!

Hire Date 09/14/2022 – Jami comes to us from Iowa and is very excited to be joining as a Graphic Designer for Macho Marketing, CAG’s internal marketing agency! When she has spare time, Jami enjoys painting and keeping up with the Iowa Hawkeyes, her all-time favorite sports team. Jami once vacationed in Montana and says it is the best place she has visited thus far; nothing beats Yellowstone and Glacier National Park! As amazing as that vacation was, Jami hopes to one day venture to Egypt so she can check out the beautiful pyramids.

Hire Date 10/29/2018 – Ty was born and raised in the small town of Pittsburg, TX. He made his way to Austin to go to school at UT and ended up with a degree in Mathematics. In his free time, Ty enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, and hanging out with his wife, Jaclyn. One of their favorite things to do together is to take their dogs, Lewis the Anatolian Shepherd mix and Riley the Staffordshire Terrier mix, out to go paddling on the lake. One day, Ty would like to travel to Italy, as he minored in Italian. He can’t wait to see the coast, try all the foods, and travel throughout as much of the areas as he can!

Hire Date 6/21/2021 – Dennis was born in Philly and raised in North Carolina. Now in Austin, the only two things he misses about NC are his parents and the mountains. Dennis has been in Austin since 2019 and luckily, got here right before Covid. Austin was an easy choice for him as he had visited the area about 5 times to see some of his siblings before making the full move here. Dennis’s top Austin highlights are the Oasis, the 360 bridge, downtown, and being able to kayak and canoe on the lake. In his free time, Dennis enjoys playing games like Warzone and Apex on his PC and working on his S2000 and his 2000 Civic Si. Dennis also has two dogs who love walks, tricks, and being fed treats! They are Max a Siberian husky, and Phoenix, a Siberian husky and lab mix. FUN FACT: Dennis is the youngest of 8 children, with 6 sisters and 1 brother.

Hire Date 03/23/2023 – Ronnie is from Austin, Texas. His free time is usually spent singing and having backyard cookouts with his friends and family! Ronnie’s favorite band is The Temptations, and if he could invite anyone to dinner, he would choose Muhammad Ali. FUN FACT: Ronnie loves singing with his gospel.

Hire Date 2/17/2984 – Joy received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in 2005. After going on a leaf peeping cruise with her Grandmother Hardeman in the fall of 2005, Joy was hired by CAG and worked in various positions over the next 3 years. In 2012, Joy received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. After law school Joy spent 2 years in Washington DC and was rehired by CAG in 2016. Joy enjoys crossword puzzles, an occasional Peloton class, and selling cars to friends. Recently, Joy sold a Ram truck to a friend with the question, “Did you know we have a Ram dealership in Dallas?” Joy looks forward to playing doubles with her twin sister, Genny, on the local tennis circuit where they go by the name “The Twin Towers.” Joy’s brother Will wants her to be a race car driver. Joy and Will compete under the name “Air Hardeman.” Overall, it’s safe to call her the Joy of all trades.

Hire date 7/8/2016 – Lily is creative and athletic and serves as creative director for the Hardeman household. Whether she’s perfecting her flips in gymnastics, dominating the tennis court, or sinking shots as the top scorer on her basketball team, Lily brings energy and determination to everything she does.  Most importantly, she is a wonderful older sister and shares her love of dancing, rainbows, and sparkles with her two younger sisters.  She looks forward to announcing the winners on stage every year at the CAG company holiday party and can be found stealing the show on the dance floor.

Hire Date 4/1/2020 – Penelope is the brains behind the operation. With a sharp mind and a playful spirit, she’s always ready to tackle a challenge—whether it’s a tricky puzzle, a riveting book, or a fast-paced basketball game. Penelope is a true all-rounder, excelling at piano, gymnastics, tennis, swimming, and more, all while filling the house with her infectious laughter.  She is a loving older sister to her baby sister Primrose and the two are thick as thieves. Penelope also loves to unleash her artistic talents, often sketching masterpieces in her dad’s office or forging new friendships in the Honda Lily Pad playroom.

Hire Date 4/29/22 – As a dedicated younger sister, Primrose enjoys doing whatever her two older sisters are doing.  Whatever they’re up to—whether it’s dancing, drawing, swimming, or flipping through gymnastics class—Primrose is right there, giving it her all with her signature “I can do it!” attitude. One of her favorite adventures? Grabbing a snack from the Honda coffee bar (because every star needs fuel!) before heading off to the Lily Pad playroom.

Hire Date 7/18/1981 – Austin’s own Renaissance Man, William B. is a force to reckon with on the gentleman sporting scene. When he isn’t hustling Hondas like hotcakes or lounging in his salt water pool with his dog, Nash, he is managing the construction of First Texas Honda’s new prime-time location at the Corner of Steck and Mopac. William B. says the future location of First Texas Honda will be one of the country’s largest marquis Honda dealerships of its kind; Truly in a class by itself.

Hire Date 2/17/1984 – Genny was born and raised in Austin, and after earning her degree in Finance and Spanish at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, she returned to Austin to work in investment banking. After two years, she decided to join the family business and has split her time between several of our dealerships. Genny enjoys spending time with her teddy bear of a husband, their three children, and their three dogs. You might recognize her, she’s the girl jogging around the neighborhood, pushing a stroller with one hand and holding two dogs with the other. Her favorite things in life are James, Margot, and Reese, who come to the dealership with her almost every day and love to smile at everyone that stops by their office to say hi.

Hire Date 9/8/2015 – James’ first day on the job was just one week after being born, making him Continental Automotive Group’s youngest employee ever. He’s been voted “Cutest Employee Ever” and get’s his daily dose of caffeine at First Texas Honda’s coffee bar. Now that James has been accepted to preschool, his presence has decreased, but he still attends monthly management meetings to stay up-to-date on dealership operations. He’ll be the one sweeping the floors, pulling parts and detailing cars during his teens. So say hi!

Hire Date 5/22/2017 – Margot weighed only 5 lbs on her first day of work. Like her older brother James, she enjoys greeting customers at First Texas Honda’s coffee bar and cruising around the showroom.

Hire Date7/9/2018 – Mikey was raised in a military family and was born while his father was stationed in Georgia. He finally settled in Austin, Texas in 1999. Here he met his beautiful wife, Jennifer, who together had an equally beautiful daughter, Eleanor. He is very proud of the fact that his family has built a wonderful life together. They have a great home, a dog and living the American dream. His dog is a mixed breed named Bronson “the Wonder Dog”. His favorite car is a Honda. If Mikey could meet anyone dead or alive it would be JFK and LBJ, he has a few questions he would like to ask them. When not working or spending time with his family Mikey enjoys practicing his martial arts skill in Brazilian Jin-Jitsu (a combat sport and self-defense system).

Hire Date 09/17/2024 – Isaac is passionate about music, especially his favorite artist, Cage the Elephant. His favorite song by them is Back Against the Wall. Isaac is also a gamer. His favorite game is World of Warcraft and he plays primarily on PC. The best vacation Isaac has been on so far was a Musky fishing trip to Michigan. In the future, Isaac would love to visit New Zealand to go to Hobbiton from Lord of the Rings.

Hire Date 9/13/2021 – Jason is from Spring Branch, Texas. He’s brand new to the automotive world, but he comes with over 10 years of IT experience! Jason enjoys collecting action figures, making unboxing videos for youtube, and finding all kinds of great pasta dishes – spaghetti, lasagna, tortellini… you name it! Jason also likes playing games like Monster Hunter Stories 2 on his Nintendo Switch and is always down to watch any of Luc Besson’s movies. FUN FACT: Jason spent time traveling through China while learning all about the Ming dynasty.

Hire Date 08/19/2024 – Garrett was born and raised here in Austin, TX. He’s been in the automotive industry for 10 years and counting. Most of his family was in the industry before him! In his free time, Garrett enjoys playing video games with friends. When it comes to sports, Garrett roots for the Dallas Cowboys. At home, Garrrett has one dog named Harley.

Hire Date 09/10/2024 – Andy is a born and raised Austinite. He’s lived in Austin his entire life besides a few years in Pensacola, FL. Andy is a big movie buff; he loves all genres. He doesn’t get out to the movie theater too often, but when he does he enjoys going to Flix Brewhouse. Another thing Andy enjoys is live music. He loves going to shows in his spare time, and his favorite venue is Stubb’s BBQ. As for some more favorites, Andy’s favorite place to eat is Ramen Tatsu-ya. They have very unique dishes, great atmosphere, and sister establishments that he has yet to experience! Once, he went on a cruise to Mexico with his mom and younger siblings and it was the best vacation Andy’s been on. They saw the Mayan temple, relaxed on beautiful beaches, went snorkeling, and enjoyed an RV tour!

Hire Date 06/23/2022 – Kara is from San Antonio, and her hobbies include reading, hanging out with family and friends, and attending concerts (especially if her favorite artist, Mitski, is performing). At home, Kara has an adorable cat named Buffy, and her top-pick Honda model is the 1999 CRV. FUN FACT: Kara once dislocated her knee. Funny thing is, it happened to be on April Fool’s Day, so nobody believed her!

In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and watching The Town. If he could escape Austin for a day, he would choose to go to Hawaii and watch a Spurs game with Derrick Rose. Hire Date 1/3/2022 – Christian is a native Austinite, and he is very excited to be joining CAG! When he’s not working, Christian enjoys playing video games (Resident Evil 4 is one of his favorites). His go-to place to grab a bite to eat would have to be Whataburger, and his favorite song is Beat It by Michael Jackson! One day, Christian would love to travel to Cody, Wyoming to experience the beautiful scenery and make new friends. Hire Date 4/4/2022 – Jonathan comes to us from Corsicana, Texas. His favorite thing about Austin is how much it embraces the music, film, and art scene. While this is his first time working in the automotive industry, he has been working in the IT field for over 8 years! In his free time, Jonathan enjoys backcountry hiking, mountain biking, concerts and spending time with his family. Jonathan says Moody Theater is the best music venue in Austin and dreams of seeing Odesza there. While Austin is known for its great cuisine, Jonathan’s favorite restaurant is The Preachers Son, located in Bentonville, Arkansas. Jonathan and his wife once had the amazing opportunity to spend a week at a private resort called PlayaNix, and he says that is the best vacation he has ever been on. One day, Jonathan would love to do a road trip from Omaha Beach to Berlin and see all of the WWII sites. FUN FACT – Jonathan’s favorite movie is Forrest Gump.

Hire Date 8/24/2000 – Craig’s dad owned a Honda dealership in Houston, so Craig grew up learning about Hondas. He has been working in the automotive industry for 29 years, and his wife of 19 years is also in the car business. They have two children and live out in the country with dogs, cats, chickens, and a turtle named Willie. Willie wasn’t named after anyone in particular; he just looked like a Willie. Craig’s hobbies include photography and guitar, and his favorite restaurants are Houston’s, The County Line, and Iron Works. Craig’s relatives came to Industry, Texas, in the 1830s and were some of the earliest German settlers in Central Texas.

Hire Date 4/19/2016 – Cynthia has lived in Austin since she was 2 months old. She has one daughter and four grandchildren who all live in Ohio. Her favorite place is Garner State Park. In her free time, she enjoys playing bingo.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and savoring delicious meals, both home-cooked and from a restaurant. Saima is passionate about traveling and hopes to visit Switzerland soon so she can immerse herself in the natural landscapes and be captivated by the scenic views.

Hire Date 05/20/2024 – Abigail is born and raised in Austin, TX. In her free time, she loves hiking and going out with friends. You can also catch her listening to her favorite artist, J. Cole. Abigail loves to travel, but Miami has her heart when it comes to destinations. She loves the beaches and palm trees, plus all the wildlife like iguanas and raccoons! When it comes to sports, Abigail roots for the UT Longhorns.

Hire Date 3/6/2019 – Manny moved to Austin from California. He has been in finance for many years and is happy to be a part of First Texas Honda’s fantastic finance team. Manny enjoys spending the majority of time with his two children and loves taking them to Disneyland any chance he gets. You can likely find him at the golf course on his days off!

Hire Date 9/15/1999 – Lori is a native Austinite with a long career in the automotive industry. She spent 17 years with BMW before coming to Mercedes-Benz of Austin over 11 years ago. Lori says that working for Mr. Hardeman is wonderful, and she is very grateful to be working for the best employer in Austin. Lori has been riding motorcycles all her life, and on the weekends she enjoys riding her Harley and going to motorcycle rallies. Lori also spends time at home watching her two favorite television shows: The Biggest Loser and Survivor.

Hire Date 9/27/2021 – Justin was born in Austin, raised in Dallas, and moved back to Austin around 2016. Outside of work, Justin enjoys watching TV shows, hanging out with his poodle/husky mix Chapo, and playing video games on his PC that he built with his uncle. Over the summer of 2021, Justin went to Mexico to see the other half of his family. After not having seen them in years, it was awesome to finally be able to spend time with them, enjoy great Mexican food, and also do some touristy things. One day, Justin would like to travel to Japan to experience their culture and food, as well as take in the beautiful scenery and check out the crazy interesting car culture.

Hire Date 3/1/2022 – Michael is from a small town called Defiance in northwest Ohio. He is new to the automotive industry but has been working in the IT field since 2008! Michael’s favorite band is Tool, and he enjoys creating and playing music in his free time. He plays guitar, bass guitar, and even dabbles in EDM a little bit! Michael also enjoys gaming on the Playstation, watching UFC fights, and hanging out with his adorable Australian Shepherd / Dachshund mic named Willa!

Hire Date 1/13/2025 – Jason is originally from Aurora, CO, but he thinks of himself as a born again Texan. He has 25 years of automotive experience behind him, including 8 years with Honda! Jason has been married for 20 years and counting, and he has two wonderful children. He values family, teamwork, and building strong relationships. His favorite band of all time is the Turnpike Troubadours, and his favorite venue to watch them perform is Whitewater in New Braunfels. When it comes to college football, Jason is a diehard Longhorns fan.

Hire Date 09/14/2024 – If there’s one thing you should know about Asghar, it’s that he’s a lover of music. He’s also a movie lover, and his all-time favorite film is Boyhood. When it comes to sports, Asghar roots for the Seattle Seahawks. The best vacation he’s ever been on was to the exciting city of Miami back in 2022. At home, Asghar has one cat named June.

Hire Date 7/10/2020 – Nadeem is from Hunza, Pakistan and he has worked in the automotive field since 2018. In Austin, Nadeem is a big fan of the nightlife and the music scene here. When he’s not working, Nadeem enjoys hiking, mountain climbing, and watching his favorite soccer team, Liverpool. His favorite movie is Forest Gump. Nadeem hopes to travel to Africa one day to see the beauty of the continent, and if he could have met anyone, he’d have chosen Nelson Mandela. Of Mandela, Nadeem appreciates his strong leadership skills and the way that he had the courage to forgive his enemies. At home, Nadeem has a poodle mix named Jaci.

In her free time, Madison enjoys playing video games and spending time with her friends. As for some favorites, Madison is always down to grab a bite to eat at Waffle House, her favorite video game is Call of Duty Modern Warfare on the Xbox, and her top-pick movie is Beauty and the Beast. Madison once got to visit Costa Rica, and says it was undoubtedly the best vacation she has been on! Next on her list of places to travel to? Hire Date 1/11/2021 – Carmen is an Austinite. She loves Subarus and was excited to join the transformational team that we have here! In her free time, Carmen loves to nap, write horror movie scripts, and listen to music–especially Led Zeppelin. Hire Date 10/13/2021 – Zoe is originally from Maryland and moved to Austin with her boyfriend in 2018. Around Austin, one of her favorite places to visit is the Austin Aquarium! Apart from all of the aquatics, she loves that there is even an iguana you can pet. You might call Zoe a connoisseur of aquariums, with two of her other favorites being the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago and the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Zoe enjoys going on scuba diving adventures with her adventure buddy… her dad! In addition to scuba diving, they enjoy going on roller coasters and exploring caves & caverns all over from the Luray Caverns in Virginia to The Baths out in the British Virgin Islands. At home, Zoe and her boyfriend enjoy playing video games like Borderlands and other FPS games on their PS5 and PC. They also enjoy all of the Mario games available on the Nintendo Switch. FUN FACT: Don’t make a bad joke around Zoe – she can literally make perfect cricket sounds! In addition to godly cricket chirps, Zoe can mimic the Perry the platypus noise as well!

Karl served in the US Air Force for 8 years and has been selling cars for over 10 years at First Texas Honda. When not at work, Karl enjoys writing poetry, screenplays, and singing at church. Karl has two wonderful children, Ashton and Alicia.

Hire Date 08/12/2024 – Michael was born and raised here in Austin, TX. There were less than 500k people in the city when Michael was young, and he has no memories of sitting in traffic as a kid the way we do today. Michael loves this city! He obtained his degree in automotive technology in 2018, and since then he’s worked as a technician in many different capacities! When he’s not working, Michael is obsessed with spending time outdoors with his wife and their two boys. You can find them on a campground next to a lake just about every chance they get! At home, they have two spoiled rotten cats who own the house and have everything a cat could desire, and then some! When it comes to food, Michael is a die-hard Tex-Mex fan. Jackeline likes jamming out to the song Eventually by her favorite artist, Tame Impala. Hire Date 11/2/2021 – Liz moved to Austin from San Francisco. She enjoys working in the automotive field, as it’s been a positive experience since she’s been a part of it. Outside of work, Liz enjoys watching movies, cooking, cleaning, playing video games like Super Nintendo and Super Mario, finding great spots for Indian food and sushi, and playing around with her pets – Randy and Vern, her two cats, and a bearded dragon named Princes Mushu. Around Austin, Liz likes to relax and take in the scenes at the lakes and rivers. When it comes to travel, Liz would like to visit Machu Picchu, go anywhere that she can see the aurora borealis, and can highly recommend a stay at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. At home, Anahly has two pets – a Shih Tzu named Bella she’s had since she was 6, and a Husky/Blue-Heeler named Spike. She originally moved to Texas to go to grad school at Texas State, then moved away to Mississippi for a brief 3 years before coming back to Austin in November 2020. In Austin, Julie likes that there is a constant variety of things to do, like the ability to have brunch downtown, hang out on the water, or get lost in the woods – all on the same day. An endless amount of things to do, food to eat, and sights to see! Her favorite movie is A Walk to Remember and her favorite sports teams are the New York Giants and all of the teams at Mississippi State University. In her free time, Julie likes working out, biking, hiking, reading, and playing with her golden retriever/German shepherd mix, Gracie. Hire Date 08/14/2024 – Grant is originally from Prairie Village, KS, a suburb of Kansas City, and he says it was a lovely place to grow up! Grant’s favorite restaurant is Casa Do Brasil, a Brazilian steakhouse. The service is great, the meat is fantastic, and it’s high quality for a great price. The best vacation Grant has been on was a weeklong trip to Italy. It was a high school sponsored trip that took them around the country and they even went to the Vatican! Grant’s hero is Joe Rogan, the person Grant would have hoped to be if he didn’t know Jesus Christ. When it comes to sports, Grant roots for Austin FC primarily, but he also supports the Chiefs, Royals, and Sporting KC.

Hire Date 8/21/2017 – Clayton was born and raised in the San Antonio area, and moved to Austin in February 2016. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games on his PS4 and sometimes his PC. He’s really looking forward to Destiny 2! Clayton used to spend a fair amount of time bouldering (indoor rock climbing) at places like Austin Bouldering Project and Crux Climbing Center. She has lived here ever since and she loves it! In her free time, Hannah loves doing puzzles of all kinds – logic puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, anything to exercise her brain. Hannah’s ideal vacation is going to the beach. Anything with the sun and the water is a win! Hannah has one daughter who is the light of her life. Hire Date 08/28/2024 – Harry is originally from Dublin, Ireland. He just recently moved to the United States for the first time to begin his professional career! Harry is an avid sports fan. In his free time, he likes to play rugby and golf. He also watches a lot of football, or “soccer,” and especially enjoys when Man United wins. Traveling is one of Harry’s passions. He spent last summer traveling around South East Asia, and in the future he would love to travel around South and Central America to experience the culture and foods. Since moving to Austin, Harry’s favorite food has to be the BBQ or the tacos, but he does still miss a full Irish breakfast from back home. At home, Harry has a dog named Blu, who he loves taking for walks along the beach on the weekends.

The best vacation George has been on was a trip to California to visit family. His favorite movie is Back to the Future. At home, George has one dog, and lab mix named Giggly.

Cars have been a lifelong passion of his. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys driving, riding motorcycles, working on her vehicles, racing, and doing fitness. He also plays the occasional round of golf or goes bowling in his free time! Due to his Italian heritage, Dylan has an unwavering loyalty to pasta and would consider it his favorite food. FUN FACTS: Dylan has bowled a perfect game before and once raced in a 24-hour go-kart race in England!

Hire Date 04/18/2024 – Alex is originally from Temple, TX but he grew up in the beautiful state of North Carolina. If he could travel anywhere in the world, Alex would go to Japan for the extensive car culture. As for some favorites, his favorite meal would have to be enchiladas and his favorite sports team is the New Orleans Saints. When he’s not at work, Alex enjoys playing games on the PlayStation 5 and his favorite games are the God of War series.

The best vacation he’s been on so far in his life was a trip to Egypt. His favorite movie is Fast and Furious.  At home, Alex has a labrador named Godiva.

Hire Date 6/25/2021 – Jessica was born in Austin and spent her early childhood in Mexico. She’s looking forward to trips down to visit her family and friends in the area of Mexico that she considers home. Austin is just as much home as Mexico though, as they truly go hand-in-hand in her heart. She’s proud to be an Austinite thanks to it being a city that not only accepts, but embraces the color of everyones skin, LGBTQ+ customs, amazing music, unique fashion, pets, wellness, and FOOD! Jessica is thankful to her dad who raised her as a single father, showed her hardworking customs, and to top it all off – he makes the best carne asadas. FUN FACT: Jessica is a huge fan of music, but don’t ask her to pick a favorite song. There are too many to choose from!

Emilio was born and raised here in Austin, TX. He’s been in the automotive industry for 35 years total, and 30 as a mechanic here at First Texas Honda. He joined the industry because his father was a mechanic, and then Emilio took an auto-shop class in high school and completed the Automotive Technology course at the Wyoming Technical Institute. When it comes to food, Emilio loves Tex-Mex, especially Torchy’s Tacos. In his free time, Emilio likes to ride motorcycles. In the future, Emilio would like to travel to Ireland and attend the motorcycle race “Isle of Man TT.”

Hire Date 03/26/2024 – Justin’s favorite band is Queens of the Stone Age, and he’s been listening to them since he was a kid. His favorite restaurant is Soto because he LOVES sushi. Costa Rica is his favorite place to vacation. He even got married there! If he could invite anyone to dinner, he would invite Gordon Ramsey and cook for him, because he’s a very brave soul. PC is his gaming platform of choice, and right now you can find him playing Cyberpunk 2077.

Hire Date 11/18/2021 – Dylan was born and raised in Burnet, Texas and moved to Austin in 2018 with his family. In his free time, Dylan enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, and being a bit of a homebody sometimes to stay inside and play Forza and other racing games on his PC. He also listens to all kinds of music and is very open to giving all kinds of artists and genres a try – you never what you’re going to love next! FUN FACT: If he could travel anywhere, he’d choose to visit Canada as all of the people seem so happy there.

Hire Date 5/24/2016 – Tyler was born in Houston, but he’s been in Austin since he was 2 years old. He began his journey at First Texas Honda in 2010 after being recruited by the wonderful employee Karl Lewis, who knew Tyler loved Hondas and people. He started in sales at the original First Texas Honda on W Koenig Ln and moved with the business to the current location on Steck when it opened in 2012. Outside of work, you can find Tyler enjoying his neighborhood in downtown Austin, listening to live music, attending various social events, and supporting great causes. Tyler’s favorite thing about the city is that it’s continually growing and attracting more people from all over the world, so he gets to meet people with all different backgrounds! FUN FACT: Tyler met Karl Lewis when he was just 8 years old when his mom was shopping for an Accord. Later, Karl sold Tyler his first car at 16 years old, a 2003 Honda Accord.

Hire Date 8/27/2008 – Jessica is another native Austinite and graduate of Austin High School. Jessica has two children, ages seven and nine, and a Chow named Oso. She loves music and once sang in an alternative rock band. Jessica still enjoys singing from the audience; she loves live music and is a big concertgoer. A favorite concert memory is when she got to go backstage and meet 311 and the Wu-Tang Clan.

Ashley is from Houston and the Texans and Astros are forever her two favorite teams. She’s been in the automotive world for a while as Ashley was used to the idea of the car business thanks to her Grandpa, who had owned a few used car lots when she was growing up. She is very close to her family. Ashley misses her Tita who passed away and she idolizes her nana who never gave up, always took care of her family, and always showed unconditional love. Through these examples, Ashley has the best outlook and support for her own children, Liam Ryder and Leila Rose. When Ashley isn’t at work, she likes to be with her kids, play darts, and spend time with her dogs, a cocker spaniel mix, Max, and blind terrier mix, Bella Fred. Ashley likes traveling and loved the time she spent in Puerto Rico, and can’t wait for the day she can go Santorini, Greece! Hire Date 08/07/2024 – Aubrey was born and raised in Michigan. She grew up on the lakes and decided to head south to Austin in July of 2024. Her favorite things about Austin are how welcoming all the people are and all of the cool opportunities the city has to offer! Aubrey comes from a small town, so it’s great how many wonderful places Austin has to explore, and the lakes make her feel at home. On her days off, you can find Aubrey reading, going to concerts, and traveling to cool places. She loves immersing herself in new environments. You might also find Aubrey yelling at her tv on Saturdays and Sundays as she is a diehard football fan. She roots for the Detroit Lions and the Michigan Wolverines. Aubrey has two pups back home in Michigan named Millie and Merlot.

He has several goals in life, one of which is to be as calm and peaceful as his idol, Bob Ross. Bryan enjoys traveling, and his two favorite vacations to date have been a trip to Florida with his friend and a family trip to Cancun. At home, Bryan has an adorable dog named Snow! In August of 2024, Ayden left Texas for the first time to visit Disney World in Florida. He had the best time on vacation and the trip was so worth it. Hire Date 09/09/2024 – Chris grew up in South Bend, Indiana and spent much of his professional career in Chicago until he met his wife, who was living in Austin. “When you marry a girl from Austin, you move to Austin.” Chris has spent over two decades in the automotive industry and is passionate about customer service and making lasting relationships with his clients. When not working, you will find Chris out crusing or surfing on Lake Austin with his wife, friends, and family. If he’s not on the lake, he’s probably out watching live music. Chris and his wife Michelle are huge supporters of local music, and they also love to travel together. They have gone as far as Australia for their 15th anniversary, but still love something as simple as a weekend trip to Kerrville to float the Guadalupe. Chris loves spending time walking with his dogs Colby and Bernie. Both pups are rescues. Colby is a Chow-Border Collie mix and Bernie is an over 125 lb Australian Shepherd and Pyrenees mix.

In his free time, he enjoys reading, painting miniatures, and playing video games (preferably Baldur’s Gate 3). Justin’s favorite musical artist is Amon Amarth, and his top-pick meal is crawfish etouffee. If he could travel to any destination, Justin would choose Germany to experience the beautiful scenery. As for a couple more favorites, Justin is a Lord of the Rings fan and his favorite song is The Empyrean Phoenix by Dimmu Borgir. FUN FACT: At home, Justin has an adorable German Shepherd named Ella!

Hire Date 6/21/2004 – Lorenzo Ray, from Plain Dealing, Louisiana, is THE biggest LSU fan. He loves football and spent time playing tailback in a semi-pro league. (Ask him to see his huge championship ring.) For the past 10 years Lorenzo has also worked at LBJ High School, where he loves getting to know the LBJ football players and following them in their college careers. The players are all over the country and give Lorenzo tickets to come see them play. The baby of ten (!) children, Lorenzo considers himself a family man and goes back to Louisiana often to visit everyone. He has three kids himself, the youngest of which lives here in Austin.

He always knew he wanted to be part of something that would present him with new challenges and opportunities each day, so he decided to join the automotive business in 2018! During football season, Alvin enjoys traveling to different stadiums to watch various games. Hire Date 10/23/2014 – Trent was born on the Bayou in Lafayette, La. He married his Cajun Queen in 2009 and ever day since then has been the happiest day of his life. He is so proud of her and happily renovated a vintage airstream into a mobile salon for her business. Trent moved to Austin, Texas in 2010 and can now be found hanging out with the wife and their pups, Zydeco and Samson, cooking up some tasty seafood or a delicious Cajun dish while thinking of taking a trip to Thailand. This laid-back friendly guy grew up where everyone focused on enjoying life and having good times no matter what. Trent started working on cars at an early age and knew it was something he loved to do, so as a result he chose it as a career.

Hire Date 1/16/2025 – Maia was born and raised in Austin, TX. She loves her hometown, but she looks forward to travelling the world! Her favorite thing about Austin is the nature. She loves living in a city nestled amongst the beautiful green Hill Country trees with the awe-inspiring river running through town. She’s been learning and working in the automotive industry for about 7 years. She began her journey at Austin Community College learning about automotive technology after graduating high school. She grew up in a small town east of Dallas and moved to Austin for college, where she soon learned that Austin is definitely more her vibe than Dallas. She loves how unique this city is, and how welcoming and friendly everyone is here. When she’s not busy working, Lindsay enjoys hiking, bird photography, and doing virtually anything outdoors. She has always loved dogs and currently has two adorable Rhodesian Ridgebacks named Lucy and Leo, who happen to also be her favorite hiking buddies. Ari loves living in Austin because it is super dog friendly and there is always a dog related event going on. She has a dog named Alphonese (after Full Metal Alchemist) and another dog named Shredder (after The Ninja Turtles). She loves how there are so many places to go and things to see. Jasmine is from a really small town of 5,000 people, so she loves how all-encompassing the city is. Another thing she loves about Austin is the music and catching a live show whenever she can. When she’s not working, you can always find Jasmine reading, browsing around a bookstore, listening to music, and going to late-night movies. The best vacation Jasmine has ever been on was when she went to the Great Smoky Mountains and stayed in a cabin. She originally started out as a cashier & filling clerk and even though she spent some time away, the automotive world just called out to her-so here she is! When she’s not at work, Dalila enjoys spending time with her two boys at the beach, going to the movies, and doing a little country dancing on the weekends. Her favorite restaurant is Hyashi Sushi & Grill, where you can’t go wrong with the lobster tail and shrimp (or the cucumber martinis)! If she could invite anyone to dinner, Dalila would have chosen her mother. Since her mom has passed away, Dalila misses their conversations, shared laughs, and mani/pedi adventures. At home, Dalila has two female miniature schnauzers: Misty and May, who love their noisy toys and running across the backyard.

Hire Date 08/09/2022 – Kyle was born in Orange, California. He has always enjoyed working on cars as a hobby & is a huge Honda fan, so he was immediately interested when the opportunity arose to join the First Texas Honda team! In his spare time, Kyle enjoys partaking in activities such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu, golfing, camping, and doing virtually anything outdoors. He also loves everything about every kind of music & tries to attend live concerts whenever he gets the chance! When it comes to food, Kyle is always down to grab some good tacos, especially if they are carnitas or birria tacos. One day, Kyle hopes to visit Japan so he can experience the culture, food, and history of the country. He would also love to see a Motorsport event at the Suzuka Circuit while he is there! Hire Date 07/01/2024 – Abe moved to Austin from Montana in February of 2023. His favorite thing about Austin is all the trail systems because he loves to take his dogs on walks and he loves to be outside. Abe has been in the automotive industry since 2016. He fell in love with the car business and can’t imagine doing anything else. Abe’s favorite restaurants are Eddie V’s in Austin and Table 14 in Montana, and he gets the filet at both. At home, Abe has a beautiful pit-mix named Lyla, who is the sweetest dog on the planet.

Hire Date 08/30/2023 – Josh was born and raised in Austin, and he loves this city for its awesome people and exciting music events like ACL and SXSW. His favorite way to unwind is to kick back with a good video game. He has many favorites, but his go-to would have to be Old School RuneScape on the PC. Josh also enjoys hanging out with his dog, Mikey, who is super shy but the sweetest pup in the world when he gets to know you more. FUN FACT: Josh roots for the Dallas Cowboys and will tell you that “Every year is our year”.

Hire Date 05/15/2024 – Sheena is originally from Snyder, TX. She’s been in the automotive industry for 21 years now. It was her first job and she loved it enough to stay for over two decades! In her free time, Sheena enjoys reading and traveling with her kids and boyfriend. Sheena has only been to two concerts so far in her life, but she’s working on changing that! Her favorite movie is Where the Heart Is. At home, Sheena has lots of pets, including chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, sugar gliders, geckos, and fish!

Hire Date 5/26/2009 – Rachel enjoys life. She loves to do most things outside (though she is particular about the weather). She most commonly plays soccer and ultimate frisbee, but enjoys the occasional football, croquet, racquetball, sand volleyball, and Halo. It’s a good meal any time. Mary is also a huge hockey fan, and she roots for the Detroit Red Wings!

Hire Date 10/16/2024 – Savannah is originally from a small town called Keystone Heights, FL. It only has two stop lights! In her free time, she likes spending time outdoors, gardening, relaxing by the lake or the beach, or taking a walk through her neighborhood walking trails. When it comes to food, Savannah loves sushi and poke. You can always find her trying new places around town, or returning to old standbys, like Blue Sushi, Uchi, or Pokeworks. Savannah also loves all things Disney. She worked in the parks in Orlando for almost 5 years doing security. She hopes to travel to the other Disney theme parks in the future! Hire Date 12/19/2024 – Chandavy was born in Atlanta, Georgia before moving to Boston at the age of 11. She’s been in Austin since October of 2023. Chandavy comes from a big family; she’s number 9 out of 11 kids! Fun fact, she and her second oldest brother share the same birthday! In the future, Chandavy would love to travel to Tokyo to drift, watch anime, and eat bomb noodles! At home, she has one son: a German shepherd mix named Storm who loves to be called “Papa.”

Hire Date 1/2/2025 – Matthew started working in the automotive industry in 2024 after dipping his toes in many different jobs, trying to find a fulfilling career. Once he took his first job as an EV technician, he knew he’d found his calling. Despite being in his prime, Matthew doesn’t do too much outside of work. He likes to play video games at home with his partner, go rock climbing, and fantasize about cool cars he’d like to own. When it comes to video games, Matthew plays exclusively on the computer that he built! What games is he playing on his stupidly expensive 3080 Ti? Mostly Overwatch and Fortnite. Traveling is one of Matthew’s greatest pleasures in life. In the future, he would love to travel to Italy, especially since he has family there. Hire Date 03/20/2019 – Chris was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, and moved to Austin, Texas in 2019. His journey in the automotive business began at the age of 16 years old in a repair shop. In 2005, he began working at a Honda dealership and worked his way up to being a Honda Master Technician in 2015! Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling. He has been to Costa Rica where he stayed in a villa 3000 meters up in the mountains with incredible views. While in Costa Rica, he got to zip line through the rainforest, see some cool animals, relax on the beach, and eat delicious food. Needless to say, this is the best vacation Chris has ever been on! Chris roots for the Texas Longhorns, and if he could invite anyone to dinner, he would choose James Dean.

Hire Date 08/28/2024 – JT was born in San Antonio but raised in Cedar Park, and he’s been in the Austin area for 24 years now. In his free time, JT likes going to Zilker Park to spin his fire poi, playing disc golf, and spending days on the lake. JT’s favorite band is Talking Heads, but he can jam to any music from the 70s and 80s. His favorite venue for enjoying live music is The Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington. The best vacation JT has ever been on was a 2 week trip to Europe, where he got to visit Ireland and Amsterdam, which he says were truly incredible. At home, JT has one pup named Luna.

However, she also loves exploring and trying new restaurants since Austin is full of culinary options! Yessica has long been a supporter of Mexico’s soccer team and is now, thanks to her partner, a Baltimore Ravens fan. At home, Yessica is officially a crazy cat lady with 3 adorable feline friends. Their names are Cylus, Benito, and Luna (the problem child).

A consummate accountant, she is from Robstown, Texas, graduated from Texas State, and has lived in Austin for nine years. She works out regularly and describes her style as straightforward. She takes the TV show Ghost Whisperer quite seriously and is overcoming an unfounded fear of non-physical spirits.

Hire Date 8/17/2006 – Bob lived in Amman, Jordan, for two years during his childhood but otherwise grew up outside of Washington DC. He soon realized what he was missing in Texas and moved to Austin in 1974. He obtained a degree in radio, film, and television from UT (the same thing Levi studied at UT) and loves watching and making movies. One of his short films was actually included in a KLRU program and played on television. If he had to make a list of his favorite movies it would include The Godfather, Dr. Strangelove, and Lawrence of Arabia. Bob also enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife Susan, a theatrical costume designer. Bob has lots of interesting facts about his relatives: he had two great, great (plus lots more greats) grandaunts who were hung during the Salem Witch Trials and also has family who came to Austin in a covered wagon in 1852.

Hire Date 08/29/2022 – Nick comes to us from a little south Texas town called “Poteet”, which is a great place to live if you love country life! As much as he loves the country, Nick is a foodie and loves how there are so many cool restaurants to try here in Austin. He is new to the automotive industry, but his love for cars has always been present. Nick grew up helping his dad & brother work on their vehicles and even enjoyed working on his own car, too. Fast forward to now, he figured working in the automotive world would be the perfect career path! Aside from working with cars, Nick enjoys spending time with his friends, going on adventures, trying new restaurants, playing with his dogs, and above all, having competitive game nights with his entire family. Hire Date 5/15/2017 – Renee is originally from El Paso, TX but moved to the Austin area in 2010. In her spare time, she loves listening to music – she’s a big K-Pop fan! – watching movies and tv shows, and catching up on some z’s. She also loves spending time with her pup, Maze, who’s half husky and half german shepherd. Because of her love of K-Pop and her fascination with the culture, Renee would love to visit South Korea. Everything she’s seen of South Korea is so beautiful and it would be a dream to see it in person and try all the delicious food. She would also love to experience the magic of Disney World and Universal Studios one day. Wizarding World of Harry Potter, here she comes! Hire Date 06/17/2024 – Dylan came to Austin from Nashville, TN. He stays true to his roots by supporting the Tennessee Titans. All of Dylan’s favorite vacations have been at the beach. Her mom lives in New York City and Jessica loves to travel to visit her and the vibrancy of NYC as often as she can. Hire Date 7/1/2010 – Ty likes ice cream and fishing. He was born and raised here in Austin, Texas and has a son who he is very proud of. In fact, Ty’s happiest moment of his life was the birth of his son. Despite his love for shrimp and the movie Good Fellas, he rarely takes part in them both at the same time. Hire Date 01/30/2023 – Chip is originally from Mesquite, Texas, and he has always been passionate about cars. Interestingly enough, his parents met while working at a car dealership in Dallas, so it’s safe to say the automotive business is in his blood! Chip’s favorite thing about Austin is the outdoor spaces and their proximity to the city. In his free time, he enjoys playing racing simulator games on the Xbox like Assetto Corsa Competizione, Forza Motorsport, and the Formula 1 franchise. FUN FACT: At home, Chip has two pets – an adorable tuxedo cat named Carl, and a dog named Bisley!

Hire Date 10/1/2018 – Kristina moved to Austin by way of El Paso when she was 10. In Austin, she really likes getting out and running the trails at Town Lake. Kristina currently spends most of her time working, going to school, and studying. She is really looking forward to the day that she graduates and has her degree in Sonography. Kristina got married in 2018 and can’t wait to travel a bit with her husband before they think of having children. She is hoping that they will be able to travel to Greece, because it’s so pretty and the water is so blue!

Hire Date 09/25/2024 – JJ is an Austin native, but his parents are from Honolulu. He’s been in the automotive industry for about 5 years now, but he’s worked on cars for most of his life with his family. The best vacation JJ can remember was a family reunion in Honolulu that got pretty wild! JJ is an avid watcher of college football, and he roots for the Texas Longhorns. At home, JJ has two dogs, Hermione and Kira, who are both rescued pit bull mixes.

Hire Date 09/09/2024 – Adrik is originally from California. His family is from the Bay Area, but he grew up in a small town in the Sierra Nevada called Quincy. Adrik’s favorite thing about Austin is the city’s ability to balance lush green nature with big city life. It reminds him of his favorite parts of California. Adrik is an avid video game enthusiast. While he’s always on team PlayStation, he did build his own PC in order to take advantage of all that system has to offer. His all-time favorite game is Horizon: Zero Down. “Open world RPGs are my favorite!” As for some more favorites, Adrik’s favorite movie(s) is the Star Wars franchise. Although Disney’s creative choices aren’t great, the original and prequel trilogy will always stand the test of time! Since he grew up playing sports, Adrik has been following professional sports his entire life. His two favorite teams are the Colorado Rockies and the Philadelphia Eagles. Go Rox & Go Birds!

Hire Date 5/26/2016 – Cassandra started out as a receptionist for the company but always had one eye on the Marketing department. She has always loved to be creative and enjoyed showcasing her talents in drawing, sketching, and designing.  When given the opportunity, she would volunteer for anything involving Macho Marketing to get her name out there. After two years of working for CAG, a position in the Marketing department opened up. They hired her on as a graphic designer, and after doing that for a number of years, she worked her way up to being Senior Design Strategist!

Hire Date 03/06/2023 – Julie is originally from La Verne, California, and she loves riding her bike and glass fusing when she’s not working. She once got to see Elton John perform at the Hollywood Bowl and says it is the best concert she has been to thus far. Julie’s favorite vacation was a trip she took to Sanibel Island before the hurricane hit, and she one day hopes to visit Iceland so she can see Aurora Borealis up close.  Julie’s favorite thing about Austin is definitely the Wizard Academy – she has gotten to watch it grow over the last several years and tries to donate her time/money as often as possible. FUN FACT: At home, Julie has two adorable dogs – a Shorkie and a Toy Poodle!

Hire Date 5/24/2019 – Mari is an Austinite who loves to spend time going on hikes with her dog Misha. She also likes to simply hang out at home with Misha, and her cat, Ophelia, too! If you want to grab tacos in Austin, Mari highly recommends trying out Chuy’s or Torchy’s for your next Tex Mex craving. One day, Mari would like to travel to places like Australia, Italy, and the Pacific Northwest. Mari’s also a fan of comedies, dramas, and romantic films like The Proposal and Titanic.
