I bought my 2024 Honda 2 years ago with Nadeem (he doesn’t work here anymore unfortunately) but every time we come in for service they are very nice but also they give you a full run down of everything that might need to be serviced and let you make a decision without putting pressure on you. The bar is complementary and the baristas are always very nice as well I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to come shop here !

I used to have a lot of trust in First Texas Honda, but my most recent service experience was very disappointing. My 2018 Honda Accord was diagnosed with a failed turbocharger, and service advisor Aidan Carlson told me that even with my warranty coverage, I would still owe nearly $800 out of pocket. What concerned me was that he began discussing potential out-of-pocket costs before the warranty company had fully reviewed the claim and repeatedly stated that the warranty would only cover the turbo repair. When I contacted the warranty company directly, I learned that additional charges had not been properly itemized and that labor costs exceeded what the warranty company was willing to pay. After I asked Aidan to provide more detailed information to the warranty company, the claim was re-evaluated and approved. Miraculously, my estimated out-of-pocket cost dropped from nearly $800 to $0. The most frustrating part was feeling like I had to do my own research and advocate for myself to get an accurate answer. Had I simply accepted what I was originally told, I likely would have paid hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. Whether this was poor communication, lack of attention to detail, or something else, it left me questioning the transparency of the process. I appreciate that the repair was ultimately covered, but this experience significantly damaged my trust in First Texas Honda's service department.

I just purchased a 2026 Honda civic from Round Rock Honda and the process was easy with Mark Schneider.

Since moving to Austin I have been taking my car to First Honda and they do not disappoint. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me get into the vehicle while still respecting the financial limits I had set. I also really appreciated the Service Manager going out of his way to help me after the Service Center had already closed. He made the extra effort to come back so that I could retrieve my vehicle from the Service Drive after hours. He certainly didn't have to do that, and I was very grateful for his willingness to help me. Even though I walked away without purchasing a vehicle, I left with a very positive impression of Jonas and the dealership. The way I was treated throughout the entire experience, even after we couldn't reach a deal, says a lot about their customer service. I was able to flag down a person up front and they passed me to Trey. Trey Barstow quickly took care of me, grabbed the vehicle for test drive, and walked me through the process. We were unable due to the time of day able to take our vehicle home because they needed to complete some vehicle inspection items. He assured me he would inform me when the process was complete, had them do a final clean up and oil change, and delivered my new to me vehicle to my job site the following day. I really appreciate his follow through and ability to be flexible with me when there were extenuating circumstances outside of his control. I don't even know where to begin, but I was at my wit's end trying to get a car, literally searching for two months. Then I came here and linked with one of sales guys named Zach. The dude is as genuine as they come, and I have a very good bs radar for people. So To be able to have just a real, genuine guy who I could trust was huge. Not only did I trust him to be honest with me, but he literally drove with me to the rental place so I could drop off my rental. I ended up getting my dream car, a Tesla, and I literally couldn't have done it without this guy's help. All the other dealerships I felt like whenever I would really grill the guys, they would just start making subtle things up, even if they were tiny. It would irk me, but not zach, man, he was just such a straight shooter. Also had an outstanding experience with Tyler, a finance guy. Literally got me a better deal than all the other dealerships I literally don't think there's any way this place could have possibly been better.

I bought a new CR-V hybrid sport from this dealership. I had an issue with the windshield shortly after buying it and Christian in the sales department helped me sort it out. This is a great car and I’m happy I bought it from them!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dalton Meshell and the experience I had working with him. Dalton is originally a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, but during my experience, he became so much more than that. He was my salesperson, mechanic, financial specialist, problem solver, and honestly just about anything else I needed him to be! What really stood out to me was that he went far beyond what was actually his department or responsibility. Dat Lien was professional, friendly, and never made us feel pressured. He talked to us more like family than a salesperson. We almost walked away from a great deal, but Dat was dedicated to finding exactly what we wanted and made it happen. The dealership itself had great vibes, good music, and even complimentary drinks at the barista bar. The sales consultant Rizwan Ali at the end who had us sign everything and send us off was super kind and professional as well. Great experience overall!

Service at First Texas Honda was amazing! They took care of my car and the new scanner system is really cool. Getting to see a 360 of my car was a really nice add. Also learning that the service department is open on Sundays was the topper. Will definitely come on Sundays moving forward
