I had such a great experience with Ben at First Texas Honda! He made the whole car-buying process easy, relaxed, and actually fun. He’s absolutely hilarious and had me laughing the entire time, which made what can normally be a stressful process so much more enjoyable. If you're looking for an exceptional car purchase experience, ask for Jaimi. Came here with my brother to look at a car, and let me just start by saying that from the moment we walked in, the experience was absolutely amazing! We originally had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM, but unfortunately, we ended up running late due to some unforeseen circumstances. I honestly expected there to be some frustration or inconvenience because of it, but Matthew Lopez, who we had our appointment with, was incredibly patient, understanding, and welcoming. He greeted us with such a warm attitude and made sure we never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. Before we even got started, Matthew made sure we had everything we needed and even pointed us toward their **FREE coffee bar**, which was such a nice touch! It’s little things like that that really make a difference, especially when you’re spending time at a dealership. Whether you’re a new or existing customer, they definitely make you feel taken care of. Once we got settled, Matthew took us into his office and actually took the time to ask what we were looking for instead of just trying to push us toward any random vehicle. We explained what we wanted, and he listened. He then brought the vehicle out for us to look at, went over everything with us, and made sure we were comfortable before moving forward. And of course… we HAD to take it for a test drive! 😂 Matthew let us take it around the neighborhood, and honestly, after that test drive, we were pretty much SOLD! The car drove beautifully, it was exactly what we were looking for, and the entire experience up to that point had already made us feel confident in our decision. I’ve taken my car here for maintenance since moving to Austin, and eventually traded it in for a brand new one here! They’ve always been honest and straightforward with me. They also offer free Ubers home (within 10 miles) if you need to leave while your car is worked on, and have comfortable facilities for waiting in. I’ve been easily able to work remotely from the service center waiting area, which even has its own coffee shop! There are also play areas for those waiting with young kiddos.

Listen. I didn’t even buy a car from here (because they didn’t have what I was looking for). Even still, I have to say something about Cleve Miller, our salesperson. Hands down, they are probably the best no-pressure sales I’ve ever experienced. Completely knowledgeable about the products they’re selling, is helpful without being pushy, and overall makes me sad that we didn’t buy anything today. Seriously, go see Cleve.

After talking with several other dealerships, I felt like everyone was trying to nickel-and-dime me over every little flaw. Dalton was refreshingly different. He listened to what I wanted, treated me fairly, and worked with me to reach a price we were both happy with. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to take advantage of me. I purchased a nearly $60,000 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport Elite, but within the first 50 miles it had multiple cosmetic defects that required body shop repairs. While it was frustrating that the process took about five weeks and communication could have been more proactive, First Texas Honda ultimately made everything right. Eduardo was professional throughout, and Christian, the Pre-Owned and Acquisition Director, was superb and went above and beyond to ensure the issues were resolved. I appreciate the dealership standing behind the vehicle and hope they improve their quality control and communication for future customers.

This was my first time taking my car to a dealership, I had to get my skid plate fixed and take it in for a recall. I showed up as a walk-in and may have came a little late. They didn’t have to take me in but they did and I was told I was going to be given an uber and then they actually were able to get me a loaner vehicle. Out of the gate they gave me amazing service and hospitality. Especially with it being my first time I was treated with amazing service. My Advisor was Aidan Carlson and he was amazing help on any and all questions I had. While I waited for my vehicle to be fixed I had went to talk to the acquisition specialist Justin and he helped answer all my questions as well and helped me realize if I am wanting to trade in my vehicle or not how that would look like. Finally there was something else wrong with my vehicle and Aidan helped me with that as well. Highly recommend taking your car in, my experience was great and I will definitely be back for future maintenance on my vehicle. Thanks to the team and all the help!

When I first visited the dealership, Leo told me they are "in the business of people." After my experience, I can honestly say everyone I encountered proved that to be true. From the friendly staff at the coffee bar to KRISSY in accessories, everyone made me feel welcome and valued. Even after my purchase, they have continued to check in, answer my questions, and quickly address any concerns that have come up. Buying your first car can be intimidating, but the team at First Texas Honda made the experience comfortable. I left feeling genuinely cared for, and that is something that is hard to find. I highly recommend First Texas Honda to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts people first.

I was here this past weekend to hopefully find a new vehicle and Luke Bender in sales made that process extremely enjoyable amd easy! I thought it would have been a much bigger pain but Luke kept us in the loop and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and made sure we walked out with a new car and at a great price, if you go to buy a car from First Texas Honda I highly suggest asking for Luke he is 10/10 amazing.
