Even though I ultimately ended up buying a car somewhere else, I wanted to leave a review for Zach because he absolutely earned it. Zach was energetic, responsive, and constantly moving things forward. He was checking availability, working numbers, following up quickly, and genuinely trying to find the right fit instead of just pushing whatever happened to be on the lot. If you get the chance to work with him, he is going to hunt for you. He made the process feel easy, stayed on top of everything, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time even though I did not end up buying from him. Really good experience with Zach and I would absolutely recommend asking for him.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dalton Meshell and the experience I had working with him. Dalton is originally a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, but during my experience, he became so much more than that. He was my salesperson, mechanic, financial specialist, problem solver, and honestly just about anything else I needed him to be! What really stood out to me was that he went far beyond what was actually his department or responsibility. He never once made me feel like something was “not his job.” Instead, he stepped in, figured things out, got his hands dirty when necessary, and made sure everything was taken care of. He genuinely went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and good about moving forward with my vehicle. Dalton never made me feel pressured or like I was just another sale. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, explain things, and make sure I felt confident in my decision. His patience, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much about the customer experience. Dalton didn’t just help me purchase a vehicle — he made the entire process feel personal and positive. He wore a lot of hats throughout the process, and he did every one of them exceptionally well. Dalton Meshell absolutely deserves recognition for the effort he puts into taking care of his customers. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond, look out for you, and do whatever he can to make sure you leave feeling good about your decision, I highly recommend Dalton. He didn’t just meet my expectations — he blew them away. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

Dat Lien was professional, friendly, and never made us feel pressured. He talked to us more like family than a salesperson. We almost walked away from a great deal, but Dat was dedicated to finding exactly what we wanted and made it happen. The dealership itself had great vibes, good music, and even complimentary drinks at the barista bar. The sales consultant Rizwan Ali at the end who had us sign everything and send us off was super kind and professional as well. Great experience overall!

Really appreciate his patience, kind communication, & thoughtfulness throughout. 3 stars for First Texas Honda because the price of my used car was a little expensive and wasn't negotiable. The online listing stated the car had heated seats and a moonroof which wasn't accurate. The prepurchase inspection caught that a reverse tail light was out. Reza arranged for that to be fixed straightaway. 4 star average for my experience with First Texas Honda.

As soon as I walked in I was immediately made to feel welcome by Cleve and led me to their caffe where a barista made me a free latte! I had made an appointment to sell my truck, so he led me to Acquisitions where I met Nick and Dalton. I dealt mainly with Nick… he made a generous offer after consulting with Dalton, closed the deal and issued me a check. Absolutely awesome experience that makes you definitely want to come back; especially for a free drink from their caffe 😂🤣. I loved the entire experience and will be coming back… what a great bunch of people!
